Dry, stale rice. Veggies weren’t the freshest. Fish was mediocre. Sauce mediocre. I’d love to be more gracious but at today’s prices quality needs to be commensurate to convince me to eat out.

Team members are so friendly and welcoming. They do a great job reminding me about my rewards. Been coming here for years and their iced taro is always on point. Bowl ingredients always fresh and super clean seating.

The service is good and the place is clean. However, the poke is not good. I have gone recently and the shrimp and crab meat taste days old and leave a bad aftertaste. I recommend lowkey poke as I will make that change for lunch as well.Also, it’s probably imitation crab meat. So why the high price. I would definitely want a refund for my order on 12/6.

I used to like coming here. I even considered it one of my favorite at one time. But then as of recently. I stopped going. I didn't like how they started being stingy with their portions this year. They supposedly give a "Large" in a Small Bowl. Basically minimizing everything and calling it a large while ripping you off for the price of a large bowl but in reality they giving you a small bowl. It's really not even worth paying what they give you. So I've stopped coming here cause they've went down hill with their Stingyness . I've found other Poki Places that serve good portions and are cheaper in what this place charges for. Such a shame, This place was good. But now it's turned to crap.

decided to come here for lunch with my mother. I was excited to show her the handcrafted teas that they have available here for $5.50. The cups are slightly larger than a small cup and there are no refills. Poki is good there could be less rice and a little more flavor, the shop seems like it needs some life. It's employees appear to have forgotten how to smile. please check the receipt to see how your experience might be for just one Poké bowl and one tea with no refills.

Food is Really good but they kind of skimp out on food. Also they just charged me $1:50 for 2 table spoons of Sriracha not being dramatic. Once i got home and seen how big it was i laughed.

Pretty ok but I wasn't like wowed or impressed the fish is fresh, the rice is good,good selection of toppings but the sauce was just whatever I got the spicy mayo which is my absolute favorite at poke places or sushi restaurants and this one was just okkkk it's wasn't bad but it was just mediocre and tasted watered down compared to other spicy mayos I've had before service was good overall not a bad experience but I can't get over how basic the sauce was and how the bowl was just lacking in flavor.

I've been coming here for a little over 5 years now, and I am really grateful to be able to enjoy flavorful poke basically right down the street from my home. Every time I come in, I am greeted by helpful and attentive staff. I was even going through some rough times and the owner, made time to speak with me, comfort and support me. I don't think people should be judged by a singular, poor instance as I may have seen in the reviews below, but by consistency and time. What I know is that I'm truly blessed to have found this place and to be able to walk in, eat and leave with a happy stomach. Keep up the great welcoming atmosphere and of course good eats
