I gotta say, this store seems to be mixed with reviews, some people have a great experience while others get the short end of the stick, however I can say this store has changed since they first opened, the staff is much nicer, they joke around with eachother and get their orders done pretty quickly with some exceptions. My visit today(March 23) was pleasant, I had came in when there was a little rush, I decided to go inside and I see a young man maybe 18,19? All alone packing orders,handing them to another young male, asking the cook for certain food(his spanish wasn’t the best but he tried haha) taking front orders and packing those aswell.He was able to take my and my husbands order and give them both to us in what felt like only 2-3 minutes, now that’s customer service! I actually came by later that day with my son and yet again, that young man is still there hours later just by himself(Of course with a cook and drive thru person) He actually remembered me and greeted me with a smile on his face, I thanked him for being so nice and how he’s doing a great job at his work. I had asked for his name and quite honestly I had forgotten , It might have been Rudy or Robert, He was wearing silver earrings .However he did an amazing job taking care of me on both of my visits. This man is doing all of these things and multitasking around the store! I hope to have more experiences like this and I hope that young man gets the recognition he deserves!
It took so long for someone to take my order inside. Why are there 2 people taking drive-through orders when there were only 2 cars? People standing inside should be priority! When the guy finally took my order, I was interrupted 2x. Also, he got my order wrong! Half-done job! I should've checked my bag before I left. Finally, the fish sandwich was horrible. I should've known ordering from a fast-food place.

This is the 3rd or maybe 4th time they get my order wrong so I’m finally leaving a review. Ordered spicy tenders and got regular. The gentleman who took my order said they were out of fries, fine no biggie I’ll order the side of rice. I got mashed potatoes. However I did get 7 wings rather than 6 so that’s a plus! Not the end of the world but I wish they would get these orders right!

This Popeyes is ghetto as hell, lol.. damn near everybody in this place uniform is spotted up with flour and grease and the kitchen area you can see looks like they been through hell.I love it.These people aren't playing about their chicken. They basically have no food sitting for more than a couple of minutes, and that's a good thing.If you're cooking chicken and your uniform is clean, you can't cook.

Honestly I can say this Popeyes has come along way in the last couple of months I have come this place has been really care and the team here all the time that I’ve come have been very nice and helpful, kind sucks a few bad reviews but I personally have not a bad experience. Nothing bad about this establishment on Arlington prior to giving them a second chance if you’re talking about anything before Covi not going to lie I thought it was really bad. a customer service as well, but I started coming at the beginning of the year and all the managers and even the crew have been very nice and polite to my orders, and even when greeting at the beginning of the entrance, so thank you to you all keep up the good work
