Do NOT hire this company. She takes your money and then does not show up to the event she was hired for. She did not reply to voicemails I left DURING my wedding or three more the following day. She states unsafe weather but there was absolutely no rain during the wedding and the time she was hired for and I have other vendors that were happily there to prove it. I would never recommend her business. She communicates until she has all the money and then is a no show. She tried to tell me to communicate via email when I contacted PayPal but won't reply to my emails. I'd give zero stars and will contact the better business bureau.

Booked Her for my son's 1st birthday party, she was so nice, accommodating, professional. We got the deep fried ice cream and chocolate frozen bananas and man were they a hit!!! I love this business! And cannot wait to book again for my sons second birthday coming up!

Planning a wedding is an already difficult task to achieve and when you reach out to caterers and event planners you shouldn't have to deal with short responses or attitude upon first reaching out to get your questions answered.I reached out to Russian Doll Catering on their Facebook Marketplace listed to inquire about the mobile horse trailer cart and was not met with a happy individual who wished to keep my business.I had listed out my questions and was told it was too much to text back to answer & to look at the website. I had already looked at the website & dessert packaged but was wishing to receive a quote for combining a couple items that they offer. I also wanted to know if the mobile horse trailer would fit through a back gate at our venue and was given the response "as I already mentioned the trailer space needed is 20X20". I hadn't received that info already.Idk.... Very bad vibe from a first encounter. If you want people to reach out and use your business there are going to be questions that a client will have and in my opinion they should try to be accommodating if they are going to charge a pretty penny. Also if you don't want people to message you, don't list your business somewhere where you get messages to inquire. Ask for a phone call....It makes me think what the customer service would be like the night of the wedding if she were to be hired....

Very professional, I hired her in such a short notice for my company luncheon for 190 employees for a morning treat. Everyone was happy with all the dessert treats they got to have, price wise it was great. Would definitely hire them again, with more time to plan. Thank you again for making it great, I really wanted these guys to have a nice treat since they work so hard. Corporate world is so different and things have to be approved before anything so I am definitely happy that everyone was happy with your treats and service.

Just an update on my experience. I do catering myself so I like to hear feedback. When I first communicated with you everything was wonderful!When I called saying I thought I had booked and gave my deposit but never did you sounded a bit bothered. At the event good customer service however, the churros were not good. :/They were very hard to bite into it and they tasted stale. It can be from them not being made on site. A lot of my guests were saying the same thing. The ice cream and set up amazing!

Fenya was amazing! I submitted a request for information through her website and literally 5 minutes later she called me. She took the time to discuss with me the various options for my event and once I selected the items we wanted, she quickly prepared the agreement. The agreement was straightforward and easy to understand. On the day of the event, she showed up promptly and set up everything beautifully. The food was AMAZING, especially the artichoke dip stuffed mushrooms! If anyone needs a caterer for an event, Fenya is the person to contact!

Russian Doll Catering provided the delicious food for my mother's90th Birthday Celebration. I was pleased that Fenya would do a party for a small gathering. We had the drop off catering service and everything arrived on time and was nicely packaged and presented. The stand outs for the guests were the sour creamed mashed potatoes and the spinach, mushroom and herb chicken. We also served prime rib, which was a hit. It was so nice to have a lovely celebration, where no one had to prepare the food. My mother is still talking about it! Thank you to Fenya for a wonderful service. Would definitely recommend for any event, big or small.

What an amazing meal! This event wasn't cheap to attend but it was a fundraiser dinner for Ken Calvert at Riverside Art Museum. I've never had a 5 course around the world dinner like this. I'll attach the menu. My favorite was the Indian food called Samosa and the cheesecake with blood orange sauce. They are really talented cooks! If I got married again or when we renew our marriage I'm calling them! Let hope they will be available.

I was planning a brunch wedding reception, but since our wedding was planned in less than two months a lot of caterers were already booked. Although Russian Doll was booked on our date, she offered to make all of our food the night before so we could pick it up and reheat right before the event. I was worried that it wouldn't taste right since a lot of catered breakfasts taste bland anyway, but that was not the case. Everything tasted awesome! The food was popped in the oven and placed in the chaffing dishes, and no one could tell that it was made the night before. Everyone did not show up so we should have had leftovers, but people went back for seconds (and some thirds) and there was nothing left. I would definitely use her again when I have another event.
