This pizza was not good.... Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. The crust was too chewy and the wings taste frozen.

The pie is good and fresh but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous they told me 20 min but it's always like 50 minutes this isn't the first time I keep telling myself I'll give them another shot but it's always the same thing bad wait time!!!!

Pizza is consistently good ?. I really like the option of vegan cheese , Im good with the upcharge for it. Overall we like buying pizza from Scratch, BUT the one thing I just can't get over is the SERVICE CHARGE!, and the more you spend the more it goes up. It's like they are discouraging us from spending more ? .Vegetarian options: Vegan Cheese , which is very rare for pizzerias to offer.

Sad to say I rather go to little Cesar. Pizza had no flavor. Super bland. Very stingy with the packets of cheese and packets of chile flakes. Overall they are very stingy was a lot of ingredients here. I use to love comming here couple years ago, they use to have bottles of vinegar, bottles of olive oil and other condiments. Service was a lot nicer back then. The place was empty no customers. Says it all

Placed an online order for pizza and a salad. At checkout, a SERVICE FEE was added. So I called to ask about it, rep said "it's the cost of doing business in Cali." Dominos doesn't charge additional fees. Better pizza too.
Placed my phone order was told it was gonna be 15 minutes and ended up being 50 minutes, when I picked up my order, they had given me someone else’s pizza, both pizzas that I ordered were burnt from the bottom which made the dough chewy, the supreme pizza did not have as many toppings as it is supposed to. The garlic knots were poorly made and excessively drowned in oil and garlic powder.. the wings were poor quality as well, and heavily on the vinegar side. The only reason I came here was because I saw a TikTok about this place and decided to try it out. I will not be coming back here!!

In town for daughters soccer tournament, found Scratch as we were looking for Gluten Free pizza (they have cauliflower crust). Great service and the homemade dough (non GF) is really good. GF was good according to my daughter as well.Will come back through when in town again!
Definitely a pizza place I would come back to. So cheesy and I loved the dough. The service was great. The lady that helped me was very nice and helpful. 7.5/10
