Came in on a Saturday afternoon and everything was Excellent! We always order the medium PCM and it was delicious! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very clean. I will definitely be back soon.

Pizza is okay, make sure if you go with a large family don't over order! We had too much food to take home lol. But it's great for the kiddos, took my daughter here for her 10th birthday and she had so much fun playing with the arcade games. I would do 5 stars if the pizza was more tasty!

Best Chicken Wings! This is easily the best place to get chicken wings. Hot, crispy, juicy chicken wings! My family's absolute favorite. We come for the wings every chance we get.

Our first time coming here in almost two years...the food was wonderful and it's definitely worth the price when it's happy hour to save you some money for wonderful food! We'll be coming back here for delicious pizza and Mojo Potatoes!! Keep it up magnificent work!!Kid-friendliness: It does have an arcade room and television that has kids shows.Parking: There are some spots that are easier for us to get it!

Alright start order some chicken. They would have been better if it was cooked all the way through I got food poisoning from this place. The pizza is not good.I love the potatoes and the salad.The bathrooms are clean and there seems to never be a line.

When One of my party ordered the all you can eat salad the cashier said " we don't do that any more" (Please see current menu) When I asked if the $11.99 bunch a lunch came with a drink, the cashier said "Yes" and then charged me $15.99. The food was not fresh. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past. The customer is always wrong, and clean facilities left with the pandemic, as far as this establishment is concerned. All 6 of us ate our terrible food, didn't make a scene because we have class! Make that a thing in your place of business, and you'll have more than 3.5 stars.

I've been a fan of Shakey's Pizza Parlor since the days of the guy playing piano at entertainment. Needles to say, it's not the same experience but the nostalgia is still there. The lunch buffet, the Mojo Potatoes, the thin slices of pizza.. Memories were made here that I'll never forget.
Here we go.... the entry door was broken, the self closure was hanging from door frame: A sure fire liability to personal injury! We ordered two pizzas, one Salad Bar and a large order MoJo Potatoes. Took over 15 minutes to get an employee to clean the table that we chose to sit at. Our order was as follows:The Pepperoni and Sausage pizza was 100% than the Shakey's Special, which was lacking sauce and cheese, I am not exaggerating, absolutely terrible!The Salad Bar was a GD Joke. The Lettuce was swimming in a ton of water. All the salad dressings were mixed together. Not one of the Salad toppings appeared to be fresh.The MoJo Potatoes stole the show on my child's birthday dinner. Never will I ever return, until I see someone posts that Improvements were made.

Came the other day and paid for the buffet and was supposed to be all you could eat but didn't have a lot of Variety. Pizza was cold and dry and they were putting out pizza that was poor quality. No standard pepperoni like their main pizza, just a bunch of weird pies with ranch, and even a chorizo pizza, for a pizza buffet they were very limited on options. fried chicken was full of oil and they only put out Chicken thigh and leg, after eating it i kept feeling ready to throw up. and when eating i noticed an old man grab mojo's straight with his bare hand and no employees seem to notice or do anything. $17 for a buffet but there was nothing appetizing, if you come here i recommend skip the Buffet and order special order.

I thought I would surprise my wife for lunch. I ordered 2 brunch all-you-can-eat. My wife's lunch was cut very short. By the time she made it to Shakey's she had time for 1slice and had to leave back to work. I asked the manager Maria if she can take what was left on her plate, which was 1 more slice of pizza, 1 chicken thigh, and a few mojo potatoes. I explained that my wife's lunch was cut short, she had just arrived and now she had to leave. With a smile she said no. I asked for the manager and she replies, "I am."She made me feel like I was trying to steel from them. My wife grabbed napkins, put her chicken and slice of pizza in the napkins which she then stuffed into her purse. Again, the manager made us feel aweful.
