The place is nice and clean. The music that was playing in the place was good. It smelled really good in there too. The only thing was there was a bit of a wait because they were busy. The food was good, especially the sauce they used for the seafood. It made the food taste so good.

The service was terrible, food was mediocre and the seats are so uncomfortable. We came here to celebrate my birthday we waited for an hour and I went up and asked if by any chance they had called us. They said no, I looked at the list they crossed out our name and seated about 8 people after us. They never called or anything. She still had the audacity to say she hadn’t called us yet and I looked at the list pointed at out crossed out name and they seated us. They sat us in booth that was just wood no cushion it was so uncomfortable. They took our order and it was a little spicy so I asked for a refill on water and she took my cup & like 10 minutes later she brought it back. If you know the food is spicy why wouldn’t you keep water handy? The food was ok, not the best the lobster was dry. The scallops were undercooked and the sauce barely had garlic. If you want good Cajun boil go to bag o crab in Rancho Cucamonga. Way better food, service and portions! No idea why this place has so many good reviews it’s not worth the hype.

Honestly just terrible. I did a take out order. I've been here multiple times and it's honestly just a hit or miss. Tonight I decided to order take out from here and my order was missing items. I ordered eggs which is 3 something and I did not receive it. It's an inconvenience. The snow crab was terrible. Hardly any meat. Just a terrible night. The service however was good. The young lady who took my phone order was patient and nice and when I picked up the food she was nice I even tipped her. But the food just not it. I won't be returning.

Since the first time my family and I been to star crab, our experience has been nothing but amazing! The service is a highlight with the waitresses checking in and always ready for questions. They are extremely kind as well! The restaurant is always clean and the decor is really nice! Nicer than a lot of other cajun seafood spots I've been to. The food here is absolutely astonishing, I usually get a pound of shrimp with their full house sauce. The cajun fries are also very good. They always come crispy and flavorful. Star crab never fails to be delicious. I would highly recommend coming here if it's going to be your first seafood boil. They're the best I've ever had!

Came in at 7, waited to be seated, tried to order and they were out of chicken sandwiches, all the tacos, mashed potatoes and gravy… keep in mind they close at 11. Drove an hour over here for a limited menu and rude service.

I love this little hidden gem. When I'm in the mood and don't want to drive down to TBC, this is a great substitute!! The flavors are delicious! Cajun, spice, seasonings... all combined to give you the best Seafood boil experience!! The staff is friendly and attentive!! Love their service here! Can't wait to go back!! I love going at least once a month!
