Diego his name,I wanted a refreshing drink they didn’t have the berry very in this location, but I asked the gentleman to surprise me with a specialty drink and he said no problem he made me strawberry lemonade, with minty with ice. It was very tasty and refreshing. He put smile on me when I had a overwhelming day and help me go further for my day. He was very professional and talented young man very clean area to relax and have a drink with a guest. Thank you Diego what is amazing drink

Everytime I go, I get excellent customer service. There’s one chick name Taniya she is amazing! Everyone that works there is always so nice! There has been some downfall moments (2) to be exact, and both times I have been helped with no attitude and received what I asked for thanks ??

This Starbucks is on my way to work and I will stop coming because I always ask for extra matcha. And it just taste like they add to much milk and can’t taste the matcha I see how they pore out the extra in the sink which I don’t understand why they measure if they have extra to pore out. Maybe add the right amount of milk and it won’t make my matcha taste less matcha and more milk. The perris location actually does it perfect and don’t get rid of the extra because they actually measure properly. I’m spending a lot and paying extra for when I ask for extra just for it to taste watered (milked) down! Not coming here again this was my final straw I spend 50+$ weekly!

Not only did I wait 12 minutes after my pick up time, they even shorted me on the drink. At least add a few more pieces of ice to fill the cup up to make it seem like you give a poop. Regardless of the job, at least do your job right. Don't short change people as if they don't work hard for their money. And somebody should be assigned to clean up, the place is disgusting

Came here at 9:35. They close at 10, so I figured 25 minutes was a respectable time before closing for me to come get a hot coco. The moment I parked in the front they put a sign blocking the front window that said "Drive Thru Only". Looked at the drive thru and it was blocked by 3 cones. When I looked back inside they were all suddenly in the back, they had been in the front when I pulled up. I work at a coffee shop, I understand the pain of customers coming in as you're trying to close, but it is still my responsibility to make them a drink when they come in. Smoothies? The worst. After cleaning the machines? Sucks. Do I still do it? Yes, because it's my job that I get paid for.

Ive been having the worst service with this particular starbucks recently, however this was my last straw. I always place mobile order at least 10 minutes ahead of when i’d plan to pick it up, but end up waiting at least 8-10 more minutes, it’s unbelievable! The staff act clueless whenever I pick it up, and when I received the drink the ice was melting and it just didnt taste good. Extremely disappointed and feel like I deserve some type of compensation after this service.

They don't fill water bottles at walk up, like other Starbucks do. Not a green Starbucks. They're the first Starbucks to have ever denied the request with a sanitation excuse. I do know if driving thru you don't get your water bottles filled.I imagine they were not having the best time with customers with the drive thru closed due to sewer workers. They didn't even really have that many customers, for any time of day, let alone 8-9 AM to explain their lack of customer patience. They were professional, but they definitely have the impression there bad morning was somehow worse than my bad morning. Maybe I just missed a long rush and a serious of terrible customers, I don't know?It's best to only go here if you're going to drive thru. They do have a walk up window, where you wait in line outside. Dodging traffic whether parking close or pedestrian frogger, is dangerous.They don't seem to want my service, so I'll be going elsewhere, even though it's out of my way, when I'm in this area.I don't know why Mission Grove, food service, in general is problematic, but this Starbucks follows that trend.I've gotten sweet but slow service here before. They get the orders right.Parking: There's very limited parking that doesn't leave you having to walk through dangerous busy car traffic. Otherwise there's plenty of parking if you don't mind playing frogger with your one life. If it isn't closed, do drive thru.

I've ordered from this place by drive thru a few times, but today around 5 AM I had went with my girlfriend who was in the drivers seat while I was in the passenger.When the barista brought the drinks out at the drive thru and asked for the payment she had dropped the coffee my girlfriend got , luckily it didn't fall onto the ground but the table top at the window, although it splashed and opened a little got onto my girlfriends car and on my girlfriend, I didn't hear a sorry other than my girlfriend make a gasping sound, when I had asked what had happened my girlfriend said the barista dropped the drink, the barista then just handed the card back to my girlfriend with an attitude.The barista at the window didn't seem to care nor apologize nor give napkins, I understand that things happen by accident but not apologizing or giving napkins seemed very unprofessional and rude. I was very upset but did not want to go back through the drive thru as they do not have a lobby, I did not make a scene. Next time I hope the female barista with red curly hair makes the decision to be a decent human being by just apologizing and giving napkins.
