I am very disappointed with my service today. I usually have pretty good experiences here but thought I’d share my thoughts here. First of all, I asked for my favorite order which is a trenta sized strawberry acai lemonade with no strawberries and light lemonade and I was told that they can not make drinks with light lemonade. Only regular or none, and that makes no sense because I was literally there a couple days ago and always got it light lemonade because sometimes if I don’t say light, they overpower with too much lemonade and I don’t like that. Second of all, I get to the window and he hands me a grande sized and I asked him to make me a trenta since that is what I asked for and he hands me a venti instead and I saw the color of the drink and saw that it was dark and clearish and just knew it wasn’t going to have ANY lemonade and sure enough, there was none. So not only did I get the wrong size, but my drink just didn’t taste the way I wanted. And I was unfortunately running late for work already so I just accepted it. So I get that it was rush hour and rushing to try to correct my order, but if Starbucks is changing up all these rules and hiking up their prices, the very least these baristas can do is make sure our order is right and not try to rush us out.

This is my go to Starbucks cafe. I love the atmosphere of the place, but the gold star goes to the people behind the counter. A big Kudos to the team for the great service they provide to me and to every customer they serve!

I hope whatever manager that needs to looks at this does and figures out who needs some training. I went in on 8/7/23 (Monday) at 12:55 and ordered my drink with extra oatmilk and and extra pump. (Grande brown sugar shaken espresso)The women working the drive thru seemed annoyed when I told her "light ice" was not correct on my screen. I'm an avid Starbucks drinker, I visit my local Starbucks 5-6 times a weeks, needless to say I'm familiar with how the many ways my drink has been made and is made. When I come to the window I told her that maybe my local Starbucks does do light ice but may not show it on the screen, to be friendly and understanding. She ignores my comment, gives me a dirty look and hands me my drink. I was getting the vibes that she was upset or annoyed. Tell me why my drink was ALL OATMILK and a dash of cinnamon on the very bottom. Can't help but feel like she did it on purpose, because no barrista in their right mind would hand me a cup of milk. After I leave the in n out line next door I come back and let them know i just ordered but is wrong, which was about 1:10 When I try to remind her of the order she cuts me off and says "yeah I remember your order just come to the window" in a really rude tone.She must think she's better at her job than she really is or just doesn't like giving customers what they really want. At the window I'm met by a man instead of her. (First your rude then don't want to face your customer after being rude) (he was very nice and polite) but when I taste the drink it's better but is still missing the "extra pump" of brown sugar. I let it go, because it seems it may be easier to drive away with a shitty drink than argue with Starbucks.The moral of the story is just DO BETTER. Maybe she had a bad day, but I was never rude and didn't deserve your shitty attitude and shitty drinks. Everyone should know that coffee drinkers are particular about their coffee. Don't be offended when they try to tell you how they like it.

I have never had a bad experience here, staff is always kind me. This is the only Starbucks I enjoy and want to go to near this area. Zay went above and beyond to ensure my order was done correctly. On my way to pick up my online order I had a few issues come up and I was unable to go pick up my drink. Zay made sure my drink will be available to be picked up whenever I could make it and made fresh when I arrived.

One of the highlights of my day is coming to this Starbucks and being warmly greeted (by name!) by each of the baristas.My job does not allow me to spend much time with people, but the daily interactions I have with these amiable, green-aproned employees are a huge blessing for me and help me stay motivated. Keep up the good work!
