I feel as a customer its up to us to leave honest reviews in the efforts to be transparent for the owners so they can better serve our community. With that being said, customer service is thee most important part of any business in my opinion( right next to thee actual product itself). There aren't too many options for a quick sandwich around my neighborhood besides the local subway that my family and I visit about once a month. I went to get a breakfast sandwich yesterday morning (10/7) and there was only 1 employee working in the front. I was the only customer in the restaurant. I understand ppl have bad days or maybe aren't morning ppl however this should not reflect to the paying customers. This female employee with the facial piercings ( nothing against facial piercings at all) didn't smile not one time in fact she looked like she hated her job and seemed to be having a very bad day and maybe she was but don't bring down the vibe of those around you especially if you're working in customer service. Her monotone demeanor didn't help either. I generally don't allow others to dictate my mood however if her goal was to infect her negative vibe onto the customers, she seemed to have been on the correct path. I'm not saying that one must be all bubbly and over the top but simply treat others the way you want to be treated and if you like to be treated in that manner and you like bad awkward vibes then maybe you should not be working in customer service. With that being said I believe in tips and what they mean to the employee so I still tipped 15% which I started to regret while walking to my vehicle. Next time I'll definitely reconsider. 2 stars is directed to the lack of customer service.

Refuse to do refunds food taste old and the service was fast but I didn't enjoy my meal , me and my girlfriend got sick from the sandwich's

This place is always on point! These wonderful workers here have never messed up my order and if they don’t have an item they will call me. That’s just great service.Never had a problem here and the workers deserve all the tips for their great service and quality of sandwiches when you pick up or order.Thank you team!

On May 29th, 2022, I came in to order 2 sandwiches, a meatball sub and a plain turkey sandwich. Within an hour of eating not even half of the turkey sandwich I was throwing up, shaking and sweating profusely. Fast forward to that night when I was admitted to the ER for a horrible case of food poisoning. Looking at prior reviews, I see I am not the only person who has become sick from the food here. I have never been to the emergency room and did not ever expect my first time to be caused by subway. ):

This has to be may be one of the best Subway locations I have been too. Andrea is the one that helped me, she was very polite and attentive. Even down to how to coordinate what sandwich was mine (which I have always had problems with). Overall I would rate my experience 5/5 for the quality and good management of this location.

If you like fat order the pastrami sandwich. It was totally disgusting. Shame on subway, If you can't carry quality don't offer it. Other than that I like subway. Their veggies and bread are fresh.

I came here on Dec 10, 2021 to buy a 6" meal with a coupon that said free 6". Well, at the time I was paying they told me the coupon was not valid because it said "los Angeles area", I live here in riverside and got the coupon in the mail, so... who's to blame here? I bought two 6" just to use the coupon and ended up paying much more than if I just had bought a foot long!!! Unhappy customer here!

I have always gone to this subway since i can remember but today they were rushing so bad to make my sandwich for some reason and this is the result ! Had i not opened up my sandwich i would’ve consumed this paper ! Not happy about this !

Please do yourself a favor and never visit this subway. If you do visit, don't put in an online order unless you want them to mess it up. We have visited this subway many times since it's so close by. However, the service is pretty lame and the sandwiches are hardly good. This is my last straw for this particular subway. We ordered a sandwich toasted and paid extra for avocado. They didn't toast it or put avocado. The next sandwich in the order was also supposed to be toasted and with honey mustard. Didn't get those earlier, but they sure drowned everything in mayonnaise. Not to mention if you try calling, they literally never pick up the phone and will sometimes even reject your call. If you do get ahold of someone, you better hope it's not someone with a lot of sass who clearly hates their job. I'd literally recommend the Chinese place next door or the McDonald's, even food from the Albertsons, over this place.

I had a tuna sandwich with a Hearty grain and as soon as I ate it it made me vomit and diarrhea and it was considered food Poison and need. To go to the doctors and got antibiotics for the poison and couldn't eat for three days
