Food is too expensive for what they give you, especially their Beast Burger menu. And the food itself is okay, not the best thing in the world. Customer service varies because this lady served me with brown hair and brown eyes were on her phone a lot. She even rolled her eyes when I asked for a napkin because they forgot. Secondly, the staff is unprofessional in general. I heard two of them cursing pretty clearly and loud enough to hear at the waiting counter one of them looked very light skin with short curly hair and a chain is that even sanitary to wear at work? The lobby at times was pretty dirty, tables full of trash around me, and the wait times from the times I've tried this place varied. During one of my lunches, I came in, and they took 20 minutes to complete my order and still forgot an item. After this, it was the last straw: very unprofessional staff, low-quality food, and Very Expensive. The manager once served me. He was friendly, but when I pointed out they made a mistake, he was rude. His mood and tone changed like he was annoyed. They seemed backed up, but even then, you can't be mad at the customer when you can't run this place very well. It seems understaffed, too. When I shopped here before I came and tried this place many times, I only saw two or even one worker trying to run the place. Sometimes, the manager wasn't even present a waste of time and money.

Chicken strips are good. Fries are ok. Chicken sandwiches they use strips instead of a whole chicken patty so it doesn't taste as good as it could be. I don't order their dessert after I received a churro rock hard a while ago. I talk to other customers and they lost much of their customer trust since they have closed several times since they first opened. Hence the average rating.

The food was amazing!!!! The Jalapeño bites were SOOOO good! I ended up buying more of them after my meal! The lady who served us was so nice to us as well! I wish they had thier own store and not in Walmart though.

The tenders were okay. The fries tasted like they just been microwaved or made the day prior. Not fresh at all. I attached the receipt cause they are also charging 18% for tax. I dont know if that's right or legal but taxes should never be that high. I knew something was off when I got charged 1.40 for taxes for a 7 dollar meal.

The grilled chicken sandwich is atrocious. The guy who took my order literally microwaved the patty in front of me, not to mention the sandwich was slathered with mayo. It seems no one has any shame anymore in current year, everyone is trying to scam honest people from their hard earned money. Imagine selling this 'food' to your customer for $7.50. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. LET IT FAIL!

Didn’t know this place was even open stopped by last night to pick up some stuff and decided to get something quick the team there is pretty awesome , they told me their food is always cooked fresh so it is a wait which was fine. Only down side is that it’s pricey for tenders they don’t offer any type of bundle or family pack. But over hot food and good sauce friendly people
