Girl at front said regular coffee gets free refills. I asked for some ice. Got no ice n got charged when I went for a refill. I said they should let the girl know refills aren’t free and the black chick called me a tattletell lol. Said she didn’t want to know who told me refills are free. I shrugged n said fine. Then she went around talking about it complaining with her coworker that told me it was free when it wasn’t.

I like this place because it's super accessible and convenient. Maybe they're having staffing issues, bc as of late these past times- that they're rushed- they've intentionally given me a watered down version of my orders. If it's not intentional, then they might have staffing & training issues. Please prepare my drink according to the price that I pay.

It was early morning and no one was there I order a Cappuccino and a chocolate croissant, the croissant was a pretty nice size and it tasted good. It was nice and flaky.. surprisingly the Cappuccino had a good taste as well. It wasn't water down but had a nice strong taste to it.. as it should.. the service was nice , helpful girl taking my order and was polite. The ambiance in the morning is nice and quiet inside and just the homeless outside the streets lol. But overall a good location to grab a quick cup of coffee

Very poor service. Went there tonight to look at lights. Bunch of employees standing around talking not helping anyone. Made a horrible drink. Tried to return it, the supervisor wouldn't give me a refund. Ordered a different drink and it was horrible too. Very poor experience Coffee Bean.

Sunday morning 9am this place was busy. Friendly staff.Vanilla bean cold brew and mocha latte were delicious! Blueberry scone and banana walnut bread were ok. If you're in a hurry don't say yes when asked if you want it warmed up.

I feel so bad for these workers, three of them and not able to keep up with orders, waited in line for over 25 minutes and then waited for my order for another 20. Two people ordered after me and received their drinks immediately. I ordered an iced matcha tea latte. I will never be coming back after hearing employees, mumble, rude comments under their breath, when mentioning that I was waiting for my drink nicely.

I was just passing through Riverside, and found this little lovely spot. The employees were wonderfully friendly, and helped out with everything I needed. Specially Taylor, she was super kind. Definitely take a quick stop here if you're walking about.
