First time there. Ordered 6 cookies.. was told to follow directions to put them in oven for best cookie experience... when I got home I did that.. they had a super oily texture and tbh not good at all. There is this aweful after taste on 4 out of the five cookies. This place is way over hyped. I would not return.

This location shows daily specials, so I went in to get some cookies, and the lady said they don't do those specials anymore, they have "everyday specials" which is horrible pricing compared to what I walked in for. I feel that if you advertise a special, physically, or online, you need to remove that before you stop the deal. Otherwise, it feels like a bait and switch.

I went here today around 1 and ordered two cookies. It was our first time. The worker seemed rude like she don't want to be there . I asked for a napkin and she replied, "we don't do that here." A simple "no" or "no, we don't have any" would've been suffice. The cookies were ok. I think if they had better service I'd come back. But why give money to a company that doesn't want to deal with you.

I used to come here when I lived closer but haven't been in over a year. Tonight I had them delivered because the family was craving cookies and we were not up for picking them up. They were out of the only 2 I like and didn't call to inform me and replaced them with ones I didn't even order. And won't be eaten. So that was disappointing. My daughter tried the bam bam and didn't like it and my son tried the sprinkled one and didn't like it. They said they were too hard. I can't speak for all of the cookies because I only like the Mac Daddy and that's the one we didn't get so I won't be eating any of them. Hopefully the others will be better considering it was 66 bucks delivered.

Cookies were amazing, atmosphere was on point as was the throwback music playing. Was super surprised how empty it was on a Friday night... worker was very nice too!

Out of all the 7 cookies we tried Chocolate chip & Walnut Chocolate chip were the "best". With this, I wouldn't bother with the other flavors though. Purple haze is overly hyped, but it's too dense and a mouthful of nothing special. Save yourself a trip and money and go to Cookie Co. instead.

I still curse the 626 for not having a Cookie Plug within reasonable distance so every time that I'm in the IE or Riverside and I'm craving a sweet treat, Cookie Plug is my go to!I ordered online for pick up and my order was warm and ready right when I got there. As with all Cookie Plug locations, this place has eclectic street art, rap music and pop culture icons, and stoner culture themed paintings, décor, and theming all around. This time I only ordered their 4 cookie pack with their O.G. Chocolate Chip, Cookie Cookie Cream cookies and cream, and 2 of their Purple Haze Purple Velvet cookies. Our family's BIG fans of the Purple Haze cookies.Overall solid but I felt that the cookies were much more sugary sweet than what I've had in the past. Though I do enjoyed the intentional, or maybe accidental, crème bruleed burnt sugar on some of our cookies.

The Nutty OG Cookies are typically fresh, but this time it wasn't. I'm still a big fan though.

I thought these cookies were delicious. Better than Crumbl in my opinion. I prefer local places instead of big hype chains. I will hit this place when I'm down South again for sure

First of all, the aesthetic of this shop is very amusing. You feel like you're walking into a dispensary lol. This location is a little hidden in the shopping center. We went on a Friday night and they weren't busy at all. They had many many different flavors and "packages." Every day they have a different special which I thought was cool. We decided on ordering their minis which is basically like a little flight of all their flavors. The package comes in 2 tubes, 5 cookies per for $10. It was perfect for us who wanted to try all their different flavors without having to order full size cookies. I would've given them a full 5 stars if the cookies were warm but overall, great experience.

My god sister and I went into the bakery on Lincoln and Van Buren in Riverside yesterday. It was our first time experiencing this flavor town. The smells of sweet yummy goodness hit my nose and I was in love immediately!! The cashier, Autumn, was as sweet as can be. We took pictures of the place and thedecor. I noticed that there was a small radio from the Bumpboxx store hanging in there as well. I am friends with owner if the Bumpboxx store. I enjoyed the whole time. I will return.

Meh. I went for the hype but honestly I wouldn't come back, cookies look really good but that's where it ends. I did the promo dea buy 7 cookies car a mini cookie of each. I should have stayed to 1 and called it a day. I froze them and reheated as instructed they tasted dry and hard to say the least. I personally wouldn't come back here

I wanted to try some cookies and was contemplating between Crumbl and The cookie plug. I decided to go with The Cookie Plug. The cookies itself come in five different flavors. I enjoyed the peanut butter one the best and the marshmallow one the least. It's kind of pricy and the taste is nothing really outstanding. Overhyped and quite average.

I typically love cookie plug their cookies are so much better than anything out there. But today i bit into my cookie and chewed on paper towels it was very gross. Tried to call and no one answered, hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else :/
