This was my first time visiting the establishment, I came for drinks with my partner. After about an hour, the bartender accidentally splashed water at me while working on his station. All he said was “Oh did it splash you?” So I nodded and that was it. I just let it go. Moments later, he splashed me and my partner in the face again with water. The rude bartender did not apologize, he just looked at us, and laughed. So we left. That was so unprofessional and uncalled for.

Service was great, hostess and waitress were very friendly. The food was really good, we had the ahi wonton nachos, the lobby Cobb salad, the steak and short rib mac n cheese. We highly recommend the nachos and Mac. I was a bit confused that the salad didn't come with dressing, but the waitress happily brought us a side of ranch. Drinks were good, we ordered the whiskey lullaby (but they couldn't make it) so got an old fashioned instead and it was good. The "just keep swimming" was my favorite drink, it was just full to top of the fishbowl with ice. I'd probably ask for less ice next time. The inside is a little dark and loud. But all in all very good food and a very good experience. And we will absolutely return.

I typically don't write reviews but after yesterday's visit, I feel inclined. My husband and I reserved a table to celebrate his recent birthday and our wedding anniversary. We were late and they still honored our table.Our server jericka (may be butchering that) was friendly, attentive and suggestive.We ordered the burned cd, Myspace 8, just keep swimming and the potion cocktail. The first round of drink were fantastic! The second round was still good.For starters the wonton nachos with short rib and the spicy cauliflower were delicious! For main course we ordered the butternut squash enchiladas and steak and potatoes. The enchiladas were good but needed more heat and a cook the tortillas more but the coconut sauce was divine. The mashed potatoes were salty but still prepared well, with good flavor.Overall, we will be back and bring friends. We had a great time celebrating at Lobby.

I love it here. The staff is always really nice and helpful and the drinks here are great. It's not typically the most crowded spot in downtown riverside but if you like having room to dance or mingle that's not an issue at all. The music is always good here and if you come early they even have an app jukebox where you can queue the music you want to hear. It's very well ventilated in here and doesn't get stuffy as easily as a lot of other spots. My only suggestion would be to make sure one of the security guards keeps an eye on the bathroom area because some guys get bold and too pushy with the girls while going down that hallway.

I love this place! The cocktails are a lot of fun and the staff here are amazing. I love when I come here and Clarissa is on duty. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I understand what drinks I'm ordering. The first time I ordered a drink out of my usual she did tell me that it might not be the best drink for me and she was right. I didn't like it at all...even though I was embarrassed, I told her she was right. she asked me "what about it did you not like? I told her what I didn't like. She then came back with something I loved! So I appreciate her taking the time to figure out what I like and don't like and I appreciate her suggestions we will be back for sure.

Don't recommend. 3 friends and I were looking forward to our monthly "mom's night out" but this place took one hour to make and serve our drinks from the bar. It really put a damper on our evening and would have not stayed here if we would have known the wait was so long. Food was "meh" and we only ate because we were hungry and going to a show at the Fox theater. Our server was nice and explained they only have one bartender but the experience was still annoying and we won't be going back.

The Lobby Cocktail Lounge and Kitchen is located in Downtown Riverside. I’ve been to this establishment a few times, but this time was different! This visit solidified their superior status amongst the other food places in the surrounding area. The food was excellent, the drinks were phenomenal! The service was impeccable! They have set the bar really high! The creativity of their drinks, the knowledge of their mixologists, the quality of their ingredients…this place is fantastic! You need to try it. You will not be disappointed!

Celebrated a birthday party at The Lobby on Saturday night with a large group, and it was a fantastic experience. Our server, Clarissa, was a true gem--kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Despite the chaos of our group, she handled everything with grace and patience. Her positive attitude added to the joy of the celebration. The entrees and appetizers were all delicious, and the drinks were both fun and tasty. The overall dining experience at The Lobby was exceptional, making the evening truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!
