Service was great. Bar service was not. We sent back 5 bottles of wine before wine cellar sent up correct order. Most of wha we ordered from wine list was no longer available. Also, all fries on our multiple orders were cold. Server brought out fresh fries to make up for problems. It wasn't busy so don't know why kitchen so difficult. Nonetheless we had a wonderful celebration.

We had a beautiful table right next to the windows looking into the courtyard and the environment was beautiful. Food was delicious, plated in an appealing way, and fresh. Our waitress was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only change I would make, is to make the breakfast menu available later than 11 on weekends. We missed it by 15 min, and would really have liked to have a couple of items from the breakfast menu.

The waitress never smiled and never recommended anything. When my Ribeye came out very rare and we took a picture, my guest was almost done with his meal before she came back to see if we needed anything. When the steak came back the second time it was bland and full of grisel. Our waitress clearly did not want to be there. It was so disappointing as it was a special occasion and my guest first time at a upper end dining experience. I love Crème Brulee and the top was burnt, again disappointing. I have been to Duane's many times and had a great experience. We also have been at this restaurant too with good memories. We also never saw a manager walking around? Normally, standard protocol would be if a guest has a $56.00 steak that was not prepared properly that maybe some additional care could be taken. We won't be back.

This was my wife and I 1st time. We were not very pleased. The issues we had were not necessarily the waiters fault as he said there were 3 call offs. Reservation was for 7pm, we were seated but not seen til 7:28pm. Soda was flat, complimentary bread was very good and hot, waiter did not come for refills, took a long time for food to come out, a long time to get the check, the food is way over priced for what you get flavor wise and portion size. We won't be going back. Outdoor seating was nicely decorated, well lit, and had heaters. Other tables were complaining about service and the food as well

We have gone to the Mission Inn Brunch for many years. This year we were very unhappy with the quality of the food. The meat at the carving table was very tough and only one kind of meat....not sure what is was. The rest of the offerings were just so, so. Not a real value for the price.

This was my first time dining at The Mission Inn Restaurant. I have eaten at other restaurants on the property; Bella Trattoria and Las Campanas. Both are excellent. However, I was very disappointed at the Hotel's main restaurant. Since it was raining, we were unable to eat in the beautiful patio. That was understandable, and is not a reason for my low rating.. Also, the servers were excellent, very attentive. What bothered me was that we were seated next a red sani-pail bucket on the ground that was collecting water from a leaking roof. Other issues was that the bread served was overcooked and very tough to chew. Lastly, the main dish served was very expensive, and of an extremely small portion. It basically looked like a small bowl of soup with a few medium sized shrimp, small mussels and a few pieces of shrimp. So much for the fancy Valentine's dinner for my spouse. Next time we stay at Mission Inn, we will venture outside of the property.

we waited over an hour for our food and it never came so we got up and walked out, we ordered a salad and pasta so it wasnt like a well done steak that would of justified maybe half of that time. we noticed other tables who got their food before us and they sat down after we did. We had reservations at 7pm on 2/18/2024

Service was slow - server said kitchen was behind. Food was fine but overpriced for the quality. Cheesecake was fantastic. Ambiance is amazing. We spent time walking around and exploring the gorgeous architecture. The courtyard was lit up and very romantic. Will go again for drinks and dessert.

This Hotel is beautiful but the brunch was just ok. This was our first time here and we didn't know what we were getting into. We thought it would be a menu brunch but it was actually buffet style. When they seated us, they did not tell us how it worked, meaning if it was buffet or menu, so we had to ask, they also didn't specify pricing or how many drinks were included, we had to ask for all the information. The food was cold and just ok. Nothing really wow'd. The cakes were very dry. Otherwise the location is great and the ambience was wonderful and the staff was nice! I will visit the hotel again but not the restaurant. For the price, I was expecting a little more.

This place used to have the best Sunday brunch outside of Las Vegas. They now have the worst Sunday brunch we have ever had. It was also the most expensive Sunday brunch we have ever had. More expensive than any Sunday brunch in Las Vegas. I would describe it as the kind of brunch you would get at Dennys. I would not eat there again if it was free because its not worth the gas to get there.

Went here for the Sunday Champagne Brunch. Very good service, but the food was terrible - mall cafeteria grade, overcooked meat and unripe fruit, pastries that looked like they were bought from a grocery store. It would have been worth 15 bucks a plate, but ran 100/ea. The place does have a gorgeous ambience if you get seated outside in the courtyard, but we were shunted off into another steak restaurant that looked like anywhere else. Incredibly disappointing.

Brunch at Mission Inn is definitely “ok”... not great, but ok. Management is subtly cutting corners— for example, they offer a fruit pureè as a topping for your pancakes or waffles. Do it right. Step up and offer real maple syrup, not a cheap pureé. Little things like that. The shrimp are small, taste a little weird. Step up, and get some big, fresh shrimp. First Class brunches on the Vegas strip are cheaper than Mission Inn's brunch. We will not be going again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Sunday brunch. The food was delicious and our server, Arturo was very attentive. We did have to wait about 30 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation.

The patio and lighting were beautiful in the evening. Heaters were provided but not very effective against the cold. Service was extremely slow which is ok for a relaxing evening but instead it felt more neglectful. Basic needs were met but nothing was exceptional or considered worth the price.

I was disappointed with our meal here due to the quality of the food. The meat seemed old and the chicken was tasteless and not tender. This experience has deterred me from planning future visits. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for them to improve their food quality.
