Staff is always friendly, prices are very reasonable. everything is very consistent. I do miss the salmon sandwiches but I know it's hard to price those appropriately in this economy. I love the chicken sandwiches and the Musubi. Buns cookies a d the comp coffee/tea when you spend 12$.Parking: Free for first hr
This review is for the customer service I received today 2/29/24 from the young girl working the counter with long black hair and a mole above her lip. I asked her for the 2 front large chocolate covered strawberries that were behind the glass bridge priced at 3.00 each. She ignored me and grabbed 2 strawberries from the back row and placed them in the bag. I looked in the bag and they were small and I said I wanted the ones from the front. She said per policy she can only give the strawberries from the back row. I said if I am paying 3.00 each I should be able to pick the ones I want to buy. She snapped saying it's policy! So I left without purchasing anything. If it's really policy then the store wants you to believe you are buying large strawberries when the ones in the back row are in actually half the size of the ones in the front row (the ones they wont let you buy). If it's not the policy then the manager should know he has a worker with a bad attitude who's making the business lose money. She had bad customer service!

I always go here to get friends birthday cakes! It is extremely convenient and they have really good cakes for their prices. I will say they use more cream than I would like but other than that, nothing is ever too sweet! Will be going back to try their bakery though!

This is my favorite bakery! I don’t get over here often, but when I do, I stock up. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The young lady saw I had my hands full, so she brought me a tray. With a purchase of $12 or more you get a free drink. I always get the iced tea which is AMAZING!Vegetarian options: All bakery items have a label with ingredients clearly listed. It’s easy to tell if items are vegetarian.

Matcha cheesecake was exceptionally good and not too sweet (which is the highest compliment an Asian person can give lol). Got the free iced tea (offered to those who spend more than $12), but it had way too much sweetener inside, and seemed like it's been sitting out for a long time Price: about $2-4 ish for each piece, good value Ambiance: small interior, no place to sit down, grab and go kind of place Service: nice friendly, no issues here Parking: ample huge parking lot, you do have to grab a ticket to park, but first 90 minutes is free, no need for validation

Ordered a half sheet mixed berry cake from them last minute (day before) for a gathering. I was not a part of the gathering, however, friends texted me asking where I got the cake from because it was so good! They took pictures and sent me before and after. Must have been really good as they ate most of it! Got my moneys worth on this one. Thank you Uncle Chuang's Bakery!
