However, I chose not to reiterate my request in order to avoid further upsetting her. Consequently, I had to accept the situation and move on. This incident occurred on the evening of March 15th at 8pm. On the other hand, the other male employees who work here consistently enhance the atmosphere and serve as the primary motivation for my patronage at this particular location. I am grateful for their professionalism and kindness towards customers.

I love WaBa Grill and the environment was organized and clean, but the chicken tasted burnt and the veggies were cold, and it didn’t really have a lot of flavor.

I personally love Waba grill,unfortunately it smelt like there was a gas leak at this location. And I asked to speak with the manager bcuz I was feeling light headed.MANGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE. Alma, apparently she’s a manager, gave me Bombastic side eye and told me in a Spanish mumbled under her breath “chinga tu madre, pendeja”.. after confronting her about how I was light headed. First of all, very very rude on how she treats customers, second of all I know Spanish too so like… it wasn’t necessary to say that. And instead of offering me a cup of water or ask if I was okay. She went to go chit chat with other coworkers. By looks of it, all seem related bcuz they were out laughing and saying some offense remarks. That’s not right. Y’all need better management… never in my life have I ever been treated this way. Hope y’all get that potential gas leak checked especially if ppl are dining there and you can smell the fumes as to why I was feeling light headed. Wont ever go to this location again after the rude customer service from the manager…

Management is the worst here! The manager Alma, she is so horrendous and foul to customers when they ask questions, she snaps back at staff and customers. I'm a regular here and all I do is observe, so I've noticed a lot of Nepotism, between certain staff members I might be an elderly woman but I hear their conversations I hear their side comments. Waba grill used to be my favorite restaurant to go to because it's fresh and healthy. But recently this location has lost their hope into making it a welcoming family restaurant. Customer service 3/10 certain workers are very polite and sweet but others are just to rude. I went in three days ago and I'll go in today to confirm, it it smells heavily like gas and it isn't safe for customers to dine in with that heavy smell. For god sake I'm not gonna be here in this earth long, all I ask is for a good quality restaurant. With GREAT customer service and FRESH food. I will keep complaining unless someone does something to this location and management. Because obviously the team there isn't fit to serve

I'll give it a 2. Last time it was great... this time I order 2 salads with protein on the side. Enough for lunch for today and tomorrow for work... but what I got was rotten salad. And an attitude when I call to complain... $30 for green slim..
My brown rice was cooked well, and the beef and chicken were delicious. Cheerful and helpful waitstaff, and dinning area is clean and bright.

They would NOT allow me to use the restroom. The women's restroom was out of order. I asked if the men's was single stall- they said yes. So I asked for the code. They told me "we can't let you use it because it's the men's restroom" 1st- if it is single stall, then it really does not matter because only one person can use it anyway. 2nd- you are monitoring the bathroom use to ensure that who you deem as "man" enough can use that room? Not only gender discrimination but also just plain stupid. Check California Civil Code 51b

If I were to describe Waba grill compared to other similar restaurants, I would say 90% rice and 10% protein. I don't know if rationing is going on maybe we're ready for a recession, but Waba is not my go to place I would avoid if you're looking for actual food to fill you up unless you like a lot of rice rather than protein stay away.
