Went here on open campus day. Woman making drinks at the bootleg Starbucks made the wrong drink and refused to remake it. Too many people out here needed jobs to keep bad personality people employed.

Some of their staff are super rude for an establishment that serves mediocre food, at best. They lost my order had me standing there for 20+ minutes for a oatmilk latte and the person that made the coffee had the nerve to practically threw the coffee at the counter and said "here's your coffee" as if I am inconveniencing her by standing there waiting for my order that I paid for.

Food is good but coffee is very rarely made right. It tastes like they burn their coffee, it is so so bitter. Does not taste like starbucks! There's very few drinks I order here because they add so much syrup in everything and the espresso shots taste like they left them sitting there for way too long. Recommend food-do not recommend coffee.

Don't understand why this place has 4 stars. They never accommodate for my allergies. So many times I've asked for food without a certain ingredient that I'm allergic to and they'll say they'll take it off but they don't. The food is flavorless most of the time. The salads are ok but everything else is trash. Oh yeah and do not get coffee from here. Tastes like bath water. Starbucks isn't the best but it's still ok! This place does NOT serve Starbucks! This is just watered down moldy bean water. 0/10
