Robin, Josephine if that’s their real names would not give me a ranch with my jalapeño poppers after they messed up my order and if you have melanin on your skin be ready to be treated differently than if you don’t. Me and my wife were profiled heavily. Extremely poor customer service. Oh and the cook is cross contaminating orders putting her hands on the phone and then food with no gloves. We all know how many germs phones carry ???

Do not go to this location on mission grove, they are charging way more than other locations for the same meal. I got charged $24 for a medium double chili dog combo with all beef, and a corn dog. Keep in mind the combo on the menu says it's around $11. That means the upgrade to all beef and a corn dog was apparently more expensive than the combo itself. I put the same order in at the location on central, and it was around $16. This has happened twice and the first time I wasn't given a receipt. Avoid this location!

I have always had great food and service at this Weinerschnitzel. We always go through the Drive-thru which is convenient and fast. People are friendly, and get our order correct every time.

Horrific service, I love this place but almost every single employee that works here has no customer service whatsoever. No hi, no thank you, no have a good day. Nothing, absolutely ridiculous. Fire your entire staff or teach them all some common decency.
I've been coming to this location for years now. The quality and freshness seems to be getting better. I'm assuming they just hired the young man named Diego, he is a very helpful and knowledgeable worker. I had trouble with the card reader and he was able to fix it right then and there. I hope to see him build his way up in his career at Wienerschnitzel.

The Food was FRESH...The food was HOT ?. The order was accurate from the very start. The fries were crisp...that CRUNCHHH was right. The members only corn dog perk makes you wanna sign up 2Nite. Quick service, hot fresh food, great attitude of the order taker with professional accuracy. Great job Weinerschnetzel! You did ya girl right. Went through the drive thru at 1pm which should have been just after the lunch rush so you'd think the food would be fresh. Nope. Ordered two corn dogs and they were so soft. Not a hint of crunch at all which means it had been sitting there for a while. The fries were incredibly wilted and mushy like it had been steamed. My bill was 8.70 and I gave a 20 dollar bill. I got back $10.70 in change. The receipt clearly shows 11.70. I asked where my other dollar is and the lady didn't apologize. It was more like a " oops, you caught me". Won't be going back. Count your change at this location!
