I am beyond disappointed with my trip here this afternoon.I came along with a friend and there was absolutely ZERO customer service,the young girl at the cashier counter acted like a complete zombie.She was rude and overall a bad employee.I have came several times to this location and I have never experienced such bad customer service.Didn’t even get our receipts,she dropped my change on the floor and gave us a look when we asked for lids when we clearly bought many frozen yogurts and weren’t gonna be able to carry them all at the same time.The lobby was also filthy,do better yogurtland.
The young lady was very nice and professional. However this place is filthy l. The lobby is in need of a good cleaning. The bathroom was leaking and the register was not working. Yogurtlan Corp. Please do better.

I gave this location two stars because the two ladies working were friendly and greeted us when we arrived. Otherwise I would've given it one star. The yogurt was good, but after sitting down and looking around at the rest of the place, I'm not sure how clean the inside of the machines are. The floor and tables are filthy, and the table where the yogurt cups are stored is very dirty as well. There was only one other couple who walked in while we were there. On a hot day like today you would think this place would be really busy. Instead of sitting behind the counter chatting, the employees should be up cleaning. We will not go back.

Usually limited flavors and ingredients. I’ve been coming here for 12years, ever since we moved here. The quality of this Yogurtland has gone downhill. It might have to do with it being understaffed. Right now about 5 yogurt flavors were missing and the Thai flavor wasn’t refilled. Also the fruit section barely had kiwi, a tiny bit of popping mango boba and no cheesecake. Seems like it was some type of sponge cake instead of cheesecake bites. A couple walked in and left. I don’t blame them but I just got coconut and coffee flavor. I hope the staff gets needed support for each shift :) I hope this location gets back up and running soon ?

The Indian girl who works here forgot to reset the scale and charged me $42 for a $19 order. The workers here don't use their brains- how do you charge $42 for 3 yogurt cups that are only half-filled!? They had to give me a refund for the $42 and recharge me for the $19 after bickering for a while. It wasn't until I calculated the cost per ounce, then they actually took me seriously.
