We ordered take out from this Chipotle and it tasted amazing! They made an honest mistake on one of our items, and was more than happy to go above and beyond to rectify the mistake. I would definitely recommend this location! Everyone had smiles and looked like they were happy to be at work.
I took my friend here today for the first time. I told him how good the chips are. But, this time not the case. The chips were horrible. They tasted burnt. No flavor. Very disappointing.

Not a fan. There is no culture of customer service. The lore of this place surpasses the actuality. There are a lot of choices for Mexican food in Rocklin; I would avoid the McDonald’s of Mexican and try a local-only joint.
