Visiting from Florida so I had to make sure I stopped in to my favorite burger place in the world! Still as amazing as always. Came in at 8:00 p.m. for dinner and got amazing fast friendly service and the best burger and fries ever as always. It's also really great that the prices are still low. Other burger places charge twice as much!

Good service and decent burgers especially for a fairly new location. But like most locations there is always such a lengthy wait for drive thru that parking and walking in is so much faster and the customer service received inside is just as good if not better than the drive thru!Inside the restaurant isn't anything special pretty much just like the inside of a McDonald's. Clean and very brightly lit with plastic chairs and booths. I prefer to just take it to go.Parking: Free parking in a large lot that is home to several other restaurants and businesses but the long lines created by the drive thru does make getting in and out of some of the parking spaces closest to the restaurant a little difficult. If you're going inside park in the lower parking area on the side of the restaurant when you first drive in.Kid-friendliness: Of course its very similar to McDonald's so of course it's kid friendly.

Terrible experience tonight. Waited 45 Minutes in drive thru after an impromptu order was made at the pick up window. There was a hold up for every vehicle for one reason or another and an inexcusable traffic backup was unnecessarily created. By the time we received our food it was cold, as it had been waiting in queue while last minute orders were fulfilled. No manager taking accountability. Do yourself a favor, go to the Roseville location.
