Breakfast sandwich was the worst breakfast sandwich I ever had. It looked disgusting and was. I regret eating it and will not be coming back.

I work down the street so I come here sometimes for a quick bite. Everytime I come in here it is almost comical how horrible the service is. The workers barely speak English which I have nothing against but it makes the ordering experience extremely difficult when they can't understand what you're saying so it ends up taking a lot more time just to get my order through. On top of that every worker I've dealt with has a HORRIBLE attitude and will actively talk crap about customers in Spanish. (They've done it to me many times they have no idea I understand Spanish haha). At this point I really just go for the convenience and also because the food isn't horrible it's really just the workers that have extremely bad attitudes and are very rude and make the experience very difficult. I'm not sure what their work environment is like but clearly there is not strong management effort on customer service. There is this hispanic guy who's usually working the drive thru. He speaks English but he is always in a horrible mood and puts very little effort into anything. Aside from him the other workers barely understand or speak English. The food is usually fine though which is why I just laugh off the customer service and accept the convenience of eating here.

November 2, 2023. JUST DON'T GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. GO TO THE ONE BY ROCKLIN ROADsent April 24th, a couple days later talked to Rena (I had to call her) she magically put me off and didn't care. She talked to the associates and they denied it and she believed them. I can understand speaking with employees to find it but when a customer tells you the below info you don't call them and there daughter a liar.Hi Rena.Question for you, when you go through a drive thru do you like it when the worker reportedly asks "is that it? Is that it?" Over and over?  I personally am not a fan of it, let me order and I will tell you when I am done.Location #3435 is HORRIBLE.  I have a family of 4 and eat there way to much. Yes there is a McDonald's nearby but the food is disgusting. A Carls Jr nearby but they are worse than McDonald's.   Maybe the fact that I get bad service every time is a sign STOP EATING HERE!!   Maybe it's time to listen.Anyway while in drive thru tonight after another bad experience I waited until the employee walked away and took a picture of the sign in the window with your information. Turns out the employee saw me do this and 2 of them approached the window and gave me..and my 11 year old who was in the passenger seat the 3rd degree.  Are they serious?!!!   Going to question why I am going to complain, not only question but give me a really hard time and in front of my child?!!!The last time we came here, (last week) they gave my husband a hard time when he asked where a chicken sandwich was, that he did order, and she argued with him saying he didn't. At this time all 4 of us were in the car,.Today though final straw, think I am done.  I am sure you have cameras and can watch what went down.  Ooo and check out this bun on my burger! Doesn't it look yummy? (Sarcasm)

My wife got us food for dinner and she ordered my son a kids nugget meal. When she gets home and he starts to eat his first bite of what we thought were nuggets which they weren't. THEY WERE JALAPEÑO POPPERS!!! Poor guy took a huge bite of what he thought were nuggets. Guess the staff at this location can't even make sure we have the correct food for as long as they take to give you the food. Way to mess up the rest of the evening for my son. Unacceptable
