I came in to try the crazy Puffs at this location and we were extremely disappointed in the size, weight and lack of sauce! We normally go to the LC pizza on Rocklin Rd but unfortunately tried the Sunset location.The Rocklin Rd Crazy Puff's were double the size and weight and had plenty of sauce and flavor...My guess is the owner was in the back cooking and being cheap at the Sunset joint so do not go here go to the one across the street from Sierra College it's well worth it!❤️.Also they are supposed to be ready between 4 & 8 pm but I was told the cheese one's have to be cooked and not always hot and fresh.

The pizza was really hard almost as if it was stale but it was really greasy at the same time. Also didn't taste fresh. Other locations are so much better here it's really bad. Not coming back to this location.

I love your pizza. the staff was very kind, allowed me to sit until the end of the working day in the restaurant (I was waiting for my husband) and even offered to put my pizza in the oven so that it would not get cold while I was waiting. I really appreciate it!I didn’t have time to take a photo - we ate your delicious pizza so quickly. Next time I will definitely do it!

I normally don’t order food from here but I have a broken ankle and had to order delivery through DoorDash.When I opened the pizza box, there were several bugs crawling around the food and the food was very obviously several days old.Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this establishment. DO. NOT. BUY. HERE.

The staff at this location are excellent, very customer service oriented and really try to get you what you want fast. The pizza is good for being fast, not the best ever but good. The parking at this location is quite busy, but you can find parking. The store was clean and organized.
Hot and ready is a marketing gimmick now. They never have pizza available during the 4-8pm window. It's always 10 mins. Last time I ordered online to skip the line and ended up waiting 25 mins while they made my pizzas because they didn't see my order in their system. It's a joke but their pizza is an easy low cost dinner every once in a while when you are busy.

Arrived Not very busy, The young lady was polite. My pizza on the other hand was terrible I know its not going to be a 5 star pizza I understand what were getting here at this type of Pizza place In the past at other LC its way better Hardly any sauce way to much cheese just no balance of flavors. This place was also dirty I ordered before i sat to wait and notice how dirty it was Its time the Health dept. visit. I went ahead and took my pizza ate like 3 slices and tossed the rest. I will opt for another place next time.

You get what you pay for, both in terms of quality and service. Usually their pizza is good, but lately it's been undercooked. Raw doughy pizza is not enjoyable to say the least.Their customer service is the reason for the 1 star. Rude, inattentive staff to include those who appear to be in charge. Wrong orders, and a who cares attitude towards the customer when they try to get it fixed.
