The staff was super friendly. The 1 star is for insane price increases. The current leadership in this state is destroying California. Twenty dollar wage for fast food workers is not sustainable. Why would anyone pay this much for fast food? Cheaper to go to a sit down resturant with better food now.

Food is always fresh and 98% of the time, correct. Service is quick and friendly. The restaurant is clean. This is a well managed McDonald's - a rarity.

Daughter's quarter pounder was very pink inside , she noticed after she had eaten 1/3 of it. I drove back with the burger and receipt. Mngr had the nerve to tell the employee who helped me to tell me next time something is 1/2 eaten I can't bring it back. I explained that she was eating it and didnt notice until a few bites in. I also said I'm not trying to get free food and I didn't want to drive back to return an undercooked burger . I couldn't believe that's what this mngr is worried about , 1/3 of a burger missing, not undercooked hamburger . Unreal.
