This place is legit!!!!! Food is bomb! Drinks are super unique and everything in our flight was delicious. Service is great. Low key vibe and dog friendly on the patio

Grabbed a seat at the bar with a couple of friends and Lauren, who was absolutely awesome, helped us out. She took us through a flight of their drink offerings and gave us food suggestions. She really understands taste. Some of the drinks (hard kombucha, seltzers, sours) might be a little experimental by conventional standards, but the quality was all around excellent, and we left feeling both light and satisfied.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. The service was super friendly. The space is open and comfortable with lots of seating inside and outside. The food was delicious. We got the hummus and one of their rotating specials. We would definitely come back. There were so many drink options to choose from including beers, ciders, seltzer, kombucha and non alcoholic sodas.

Super friendly owner and wait staff, generous samples and a light and bright corner location - what's not to like? Definitely try this place for the great selection of beer, kombucha, seltzer, probiotic sodas, wine and sours. There is something for all tastes. We stopped by on a blustery Sunday afternoon and the place was buzzing with energy, a few small groups at tables and others hanging out at the bar. We were greeted right away and offered multiple samples to try out the menu before ordering. The owner was behind the bar and also working on a recipe at the tanks. The purple caterpillar kombucha comes in at 3% and is smooth and velvety. The secret squirrel hazy DIPA at 8% is really good. We'll be back to try more.

Today, with the clear weather motivating me, I embarked on an adventure inspired by Becky's Instagram post about Mindscape Fermentation. Laughing out loud all morning on the fact that, Mindscape found its place in both my Yelp "Places to Checkout" collection and my personal "Why Haven't You Been Here Yet" list. Despite a lazy start, I sought food recommendations from fellow foodies before landing at Mindscape. Gilberto's earned a solid 6/5, and as my taste buds savored the flavors, I anticipated the delight of exploring Mindscape Fermentation for the first time. Mindscape offers a diverse range of beverages, including beers, sours, seltzers, kombuchas, sodas, and kefir. The hard kombuchas and unique sours, especially the Matter of Time Mulberry Sour, left my taste buds in awe. Even amid a bustling crowd, Mo and Becky shared fun stories with first-timers like me. Mindscape boasts ample indoor seating, outdoor tables, two unisex restrooms, and in-house food options. Their homemade salsa, featuring varieties like Fresno Chili with Blackberries and Hatch Chile with Jalapeño, Onion, Cilantro, Garlic, and Salt, was a delightful accompaniment to the brews. Notably, Mindscape introduced a Foraging Kombucha Series, starting with Huckleberries. Priced at $25 per bottle, it's a steal for skeptics. Currently, while at home, I'm savoring the salsa on a Lengua Taco with Huckleberry Kombucha, already contemplating a return visit for more bottles. Pure yum!

Knee Deep, Moonraker, Shred, Moksa... all making very good beer. True to style, clean, well-balanced, and expertly made... better add Mindscape Fermentation... Add it to your rounds, or you're missing out. Nice charcuterie plates as well.

If I could give more stars, I would. This place is absolutely amazing. They have such an awesome variety of different drinks for everyone. They all taste absolutely delicious. The beer tenders are awesome and the people are great. It is definitely a wonderful environment!

From the second we walked in the door and were greeted by Lauren, we had the BEST time! We had the flight so we could try the kombucha, seltzer, and mead. All were delicious!

Mindscape brings a unique vibe for a local brewery, it is very low key and chill in a yurt way. Definitely an inviting setup for unwinding after yoga but not going to strike the mood for everyone. The drink menu leans heavy on a variety of kombucha and seltzers with a touch of assorted beers to round it out. The descriptions on the menu are hardly helpful but lucky for us the bar was staffed by one of the owners who was extremely knowledgeable and personable.

Amazing ladies run this place. Not a beer drinker myself but friends love their beers, hazy IPAS are on point. I absolutely LOVE their small batch kombuchas and seltzers. SO DELICIOUS!

Got a flight-and liked to loved all 6. Kimchi Grilled cheese and chips was also good. Cool ambiance-inside was kinda busy/loud-but not too bad if that's what you're into-could definitely still have a conversation without yelling. Patio was quieter which was nice.

All phenomenal kombucha and brews. Nice that a flight was available and great looking interior. I never waste beer and felt bad that I had to blast out early and pick up a friend at the hospital. I will be back many times!
