The location in Rohnert Park, CA has been sub-par for ages. I gave it another try today & my food was not edible. The popcorn shrimp was dry and not even warm. The wings I ordered were wet with sauce, tiny dry wings.
I spent $17.82 on my debit card #3994, (last 4 digits) but I failed to get my receipt. Debit was @ 1:33 pm. A credit would be appreciated.

Horrible customer service we had to stand for 20 mins just for them to take our order they kept looking at us and doing nothing the food tasted bland and was really dry and the fry were hella soggy and cold never coming here again

I dont like this kinda fast food. But after listening to the raido bout popeyes fried chicken sanwhich .. i figured I'd give it a try.. ordered a chicken fried sandwich.. they replied they dont have fried chicken sandwiches.. well, i ordered the blackend Chicken Sandwich.. look at the pics.. speak for themselves.. no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onion, just a dry old dark chicke sandwich.. was disappointed.. but i must say .. the meat was tender and had good flavor.. but won't ever go back

First off we never even got food.I'd really like to know what these kids are smoking, because after 10 minutes of sitting at the order place, and another 20 at the window, with 4 different people asking me what my order was because "our computer system just went down," they still didn't get it right, then after another 15 minutes they started joking about how I didn't have my food yet, and FINALLY someone came to collect payment, of which the amount was wrong, and when I asked how long it would take I was told they were, "just now making your sandwiches."I drove off without paying or getting food.Especially upsetting because it's a school night and need to feed my kid before it gets too late, but that's out the window now!Avoid this particular establishment like the plague.If you want Popeyes, Santa Rosa has a nicer staff and much better service.

I went through the drive through the man taking orders made me go to the window because he couldn’t get my order right through the speaker so I did, at the window I told him my order again simple #1 classic sandwich with fries and a lemonade. He repeated it to me and it was right. But when I got my food I got 2 peices of chicken and a sprite I also asked for sauce and received none. After getting the wrong food I decided to go inside when I got there the guy (I think manager) complained in Spanish to my face thinking I wouldn’t understand and said that he gave me what I ordered. After that experience I decided to go again thinking that the first time was just a bad day for them but I was wrong. When I went the same guy was taking the order and he got my order right atleast but at the window the guy asked if I wanted any sauce and I said yes. I didn’t get any so I went inside to ask for some. The guy at the register was nice and said he was sorry and was going to give me the sauce. While giving me the sauce the manager that took my order said “they always come in here to complain charge them” even though I already got charged for the sauce in the drive through. I explained that I already paid for sauces but I didn’t get them. He still charged me and complained about me. Over all my experience in this location has been horrible but mostly because of the man in charge I will not be returning.
