Food is good, kind of hard to ruin a bagel imo. I've been a frequent visitor because it's so close to my house. The one thing that confuses me and has me debating driving to another location, is that one employee (male) charges me more than the other employees. I always order the same thing, so idk what the deal is.

Best bagel sandwiches! Their chicken salad and tuna salad bagel sandwiches are the best I had. No one has compared! I get their tuna salad on wheat and let me tell you! Delicious! Bagel was perfectly toasted and fresh, tuna salad was scrumptious! Also they are on Doordash!

For am. First I got a bagel with ham and cheese and they had egg in it now I got the correct one a few days later and the ham and cheese isn’t even cooked on it. They seem really good why they do make but Unfortunately probably not going there again because it’s never done right for me.

Seriously the best bagels in the Bay! Family owned- very friendly and hard-working staff. Helps to call ahead-they are very fast and efficient. Every time I call ahead my order is ready when I arrive- if forget to call they are still fast but if during a rush hour just gotta remember to have some patience it will be worth the wait! 5/5

Fair prices, smoothies & bagels are BOMB, although the wait time for a smoothie has been consistently long. Ive finished my food before they even started making my drink I just felt so freaking awkward, and the look the employee gave me made me feel like i was demanding when in reality there was no one waiting :/

This is the best one in Sonoma county. Always busy. Bagels are always good and the amount of egg and toppings seem to be more than the others. I always go to this one if I want an eggel. I get the west coast eggel on an onion bagel every time

The women who work here are kind. The bagels just aren't the best. They are breast. They are small. They are expensive. Their smoked salmon is good. Their coffee is okay. But, as a bagel freak, I like a nice chewy bagel that can hold my filling and not get soggy. Unfortunately, this was not what we received. I'm bummed too. I've been looking for a reasonably priced, chewy bagel forever. They are just so expensive here and really....i like all the regular flavors. I do t need fancy flavors. I just want a bagel that won't leave me broke. We will keep looking
