There is rarely someone at the counter to assist you since they have a self serve. So if you have to pick up an order, you have to wait a while to get your now cold food. The portions are never consistent. Sometimes there is enough meat on the food, sometimes it's like they don't even care so you get mostly veggies and shell. I'm sure they have staff issues and are rushed so they can't take their time with making the food properly. If you don't care about your employees, they won't care about the customer.

For some reason, every time I've gone here to this specific location, I'm always shorted food I've ordered and paid for. By the time I'm able to get home & sit down to eat &/or hand out different meals to their appropriate person, I'm missing items. Now I have to make sure I don't leave the line without inspecting each item & label. Which is a total drag especially since I'm going through the drive-thru line because I am usually in a hurry! To make matters worse by the time I get back to request my forgotten/missing orders I'm usually confronted with someone who claims they have no idea what I'm talking about. ??♀️ Just bad service all around.I literally just did this not even 30 mins ago with them... Gotta go back again & hopefully get what I paid for. ??

I come through the drive up often and always see at least 3 people hustling to get the orders filled. Great service. Tonight, service was great as ever, but the lady that took my order was alone. She was taking orders, running back to the kitchen to fill the orders, running the register, and all with a very pleasant demeanor, yet obviously stressed. Amazing!

Very disappointed with this place. Ordered some food here along with nacho fries and avocado ranch sauce. This Taco Bell with all the rest usually gets the sauce wrong. The employees don't seem to spend the time looking at order fully and that's why they get it wrong 99% of the time. Well this time I got no sauce at all. So how do you eat room temperature nacho fries without sauce you ask, you don't! I had to toss them in the trash. What a waste of money. Apparently some employees need better training. I guess in this day in age this is the new norm.

This is the best taco bell around as far as consistency of service and food quality. Of course, there are those times when the B crew is working and something or other is not satisfactory. But that's bound to happen at any place. And it happens far less often at this location.Also, if you're in the drive-through passed 12:30am or so, and before 2am, you'll hear, "Sorry, we're currently closed." They're not. Just start ordering.

Went the other day and ordered on the tablet thing then heard an employee coughing and sneezing. A day later I am now sick. So irresponsible from the management!
