This place is totally out of control. Service is horrible and inattentive. I have been Chipotle so many times, but these quesadillas I got today are the smallest. This is definitely a subnormal chipotle.

Live very close . Burrito was terrible. Cold and over priced . More expensive then the Red Onion. Which a nice place with atmosphere. Service is far better. People there are grumpy no smiles. So disappointing. What a shame.

This location doesn't even deserve a star. I noticed they handed me the wrong order when I got home. When I returned to the location, I didn't get a single apology, the worker just asks "whats your name?" and hands me over a bag. Please do better, its not that hard.

Not only did we need to wait 15 minutes longer for our preordered food with a pick up time, but they forgot our lettuce, AND the two burrito bowls were the exact same order! Do they look the same to you? Are they the same amount? Is there enough in the one without salsa? At other Chipotles, our bowls are piled high!No pics of the three burritos, but they were also missing lettuce & other ingredients.Strike three. No more eating at this location.

Terrible managenent with entitled Gen Z staff with an attitude - I've had food poisining here already, to go along with the poor attitude and sub-par quality. Clearly whomever owns this franchise could care less (I'd take it away from them if I were HQ, or at least do something about it). Now compare this to their neighbor (Habbit) a well managed and well run franchise, where you'll find trained, hard working staff resulting in great quality food, and service EVERY time.

The good:My husband will rarely say no to Chipotle. I got a chicken bowl with brown rice and a few of their self-serve agua frescas. I also tried a steak burrito with guacamole (yes, that's extra). I love the variety of agua frescas they have and how it's self-serve so you can try them all. They have both an indoor and outdoor seating area. I like that they have many meat options and options for vegetarians as well. I liked how fast the workers were at assembling the food and how they have an assembly line setup with a server designated for a different aspect of the bowl. Chipotle is always a satisfying and filling meal. They have a kids menu with quesadilla and tacos as options. The bad:The chicken's spicy even though it isn't listed as spicy. I love spice but was trying to share my bowl with my toddler who can't quite handle that heat yet. Next time I guess I can order from their kids menu but I don't know what protein options exist for the kids.The interesting:I've been to their first location in Colorado. The layout and style is very similar still! I feel like their burritos are smaller than they used to be? Either that or my appetite has just grown.

The worst Chipotle ... these dumb high school kid employees literally are the worst. They dump food in making bowls and burritos and the amount of protein is ridiculous. Management here is horrible and quality control sucks too. My kids god cold chicken in their burritos. Like as in ice cold.

The ingredients have gotten a lot better recently than when I used to visit this location a couple years ago. I finally tried my first Chipotle burrito with its raved about guacamole and it was wonderful. Especially since I used a Free Guac coupon and didn't need to pay the extra $2.75. I will say the service here is iffy and it's honestly best to order through the app so you can avoid the headache. Make sure to check off "include napkins and utensils" or they'll just put your bowl or burrito in the bag. But even when you do, they only put in one or two napkins, totally understandable though since I guess people really take advantage of the free napkins there. Delicious and I'm really hoping I get another free guac coupon to use! I'll be re-ordering without the guac for the time being since I've been on a Chipotle kick, and enjoying ordering from this location. Highly recommend.

I was going for a quick lunch to fuel my gains, I needed some heavy, fast food. As I come in, I am immediately greeted. Not really in a talking mood I get my bowl with Tripple Chicken, I couldn’t wait to eat and fuel my muscles with some nutritious food! As I am leaving one of the workers, I believe his name was Andrew says “Have a good one” and in my mind I’m like “ Wow, I will have a good one now.” Thanks to him, I have completely changed my lifestyle. Whenever I’m not feeling so good, I always remember what Andrew said.. “Have a good one!” So now I’ve completely turned my life around. I even quit my job to become an astronaut! Although we always fail to meet our quota, I will always have a good one, all thanks to Andrew! I will never go to a different Chipotle again. And the food was pretty good too.

The food was just normal chipotle, however the guy who served me (Andrew) was a bright spark on an cloudy day. His warm charismatic smile felt genuine and not like those fake smiles you get at Habit across the street. I normally don't get chipotle but I will be returning to this location just for the service and staff. Thank you!

Really bad service, I placed a. Order only because I was in a rush and they didn’t have it ready. In top of that the drink that I wanted was no longer get available and when I asked for a refund the girl threw the money on my hand and it fell!!! I don’t recommend this location at all.Chipotle is not online friendly FYI…
