Ordered 5 items to be delivered. Delivery driver shows up with 3 items and instructs us to call the store to get our 2 missing items. We call the store and are placed on hold for 10 minutes before anyone picks up. I explain to the girl on the phone what happened and I asked for a manager. I waited on hold for another 15 minutes to speak to the "manager" before I decided to drive to the store. I walk into the store, still on hold with my phone...at this point 30 minutes. Employees do not look busy at all...phone is off the hook. Someone greets me and I ask for the manager, he refuses to get the manager and asks what the problem is. I explain to him the problem and ask for a full refund while returning my 3 cold items that were delivered. He proceeded to issue me a refund and he told me the manager's name was "Jesus". This store has screwed up my orders before, but I always gave them a benefit of a doubt because I have worked in food service before. But they REALLY screwed up this time. The lack of professionalism is mind boggling. Where do they hire these people? I will NEVER give this store my business again. In addition, it's impossible to call corporate and talk to an actual human.

This place is a joke. Never order from here. They think it's funny to leave you on hold for 35 minutes when you're trying to speak to the manager so they can correct the order they messed up. So after driving to the location then we realized they had the phone off the hook so no one else could call. It's pathetic and they all want to make $20 an hour for poor service.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 12:19 pm.Received my pizzas at 1:11 pm. I opened the boxes in front of the driver and told her I was very disappointed on the quality of the pizzas because they were cold to the touch, burned, dry and hard and I had no choice but take them because my grandkids were visiting and hungry. She told me to call the store if I wasn't satisfied. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, Jesus said he was the manager. When I explained to him what the issues were he was extremely rude, disrespectful and very unpleasant, told me to call the 1-800 number and hung up on me. I went back to the store to return the pizzas later on when my grandkids were gone and spoke to Jesus personally and I told him I wanted refund for my pizzas but basically told me the pizzas were not that burned and they were running a little late but there was nothing he could do and to call the 1-800 number again and he proceeded to the back. I left him my old, cold, burned, dry pizzas and he seemed very satisfied with a smirk on his face.

That almost never get the order right, it takes almost two hours to get a simple order and when you call for corrections, the associates make you feel like you are wrong. I definitely do not recommend this location. If you are in Rosamond and want good pizza with good delivery definitely try Guido's or any other pizza place. Domino's has completely tarnished and they do not seem to care.

Horrible service current manager and staff not the best ! Rude and not very professional they seem not to care very unprofessional customer service! I've lived in Rosamond for over 20 years and I've seen alot of good staff leave this place what a shame they can't keep good working people. And the quality off food horrible it's chance so much I rather eat a Costco pizza and pay less !

This place took an hour and 30 minutes to deliver across the street. If their pizza isnt undercooked its cold. Theres four pizza places in rosamond and every single one of them have better pizza so dont order domino's Rosamond

Worse pizza place in Rosamond.. after ordering 3pizzas they refused to give me cheese packs and pepper . They said it was a dollar per pack as if I went in to only buy the cheese packs and didn't get pizza lol ridiculous management is very unprofessional and so are the employees I knew I should have gone with Jesse's pizza never
