I bought a burrito to eat for lunch. I took it to work and it had MOLD all over it. I called back and they said they would refund me. They asked if I had a receipt but I did not have it. I have pictures. I know this won't make a difference but hopefully the health department gets to use these reviews to stop them from serving bad products to people.

When you buy Grizzly make sure he scan it. Because sometimes there is discounts but he didn’t scan it so they get the difference. So sad how much money he is making but still hustling customers for one dollar!!

Cashier is as indifferent as an NPC. You don't know if the place is open, closed for the day, or temporarily closed for cleaning because the cashier is not even willing to raise his head.

This is the 7-eleven that you never want to end up at under any circumstances. The cashiers seem to have this habit that causes them raise the prices of anything they ring up. I have witnessed this no less than 5 times, and this was attempted on my today. The dude behind the counter was so bold that he rang up the arizona iced teas (2 for $2) at the cost of $4.50. I looked at him expressionless and bluntly asked "so do you make up your own prices day to day, or are you THAT bad at math? I really cannot tell.." He responded with an almost silent "excuse me.." and I took my money off the counter and let him know i might look dumb enough to try that crap on, but I most certainly am not. Stay away from this 7-eleven at all costs

Twice I have been charged for a bag. Employees are rude and have no customer service. I know its just a 7-11 but don't rip off your customers for a bag they never asked for. It happened once and i took it as a mistake. today same thing. I wont be stopping here again. I will call corp office and see what they think of over charging customers for an item no given or asked for.

This 7/11 has terrible customer service, the cashier always looks some typa way and is rude. It's also mediocre, don't expect this 7/11 to have anything cause it don't got the usual stuff that you would find at a good well stocked 7/11

This is a good store. On my last visit however they cooked up what I wanted quickly. Great service.

OK, I would give this place a negative 5 star if I could. I have been over charged on the Chinese World Journal newspaper, which worth 50 cents, two times in a row by two different Indian clerks. I am pretty sure they did on purpose since I noticed both of them paid a "special attention" to my oriental face(I am not even a Chinese citizen) and my newspaper printed in square Chinese characters before giving me my change back. I am not hostile to India or Indian people at all, and I understand the Chinese government is having issues and grievance with India and some other countries around the world. But that's not my problem and ultimately no one should be allowed to bring their personal emotions to their work, and no employer should ignore Things like this before it's sent to the media and agencies in charge of racial equity.OK, I will give you this small store as my first review. Please tell your Indian cashier, if you continue to overcharge customers who buy World Journal or other Chinese newspapers, including the entire 7-11 company, join Shopkeepers, clerks, everyone, prepare for a lawsuit. Dare to charge differently for customers of different ethnicities in California, where racial equality is the most important. You are really courageous and kind.

Absolutely huge improvement. Really proud of the extremely nice staff. They always greet me like family.
