I placed an order online on 3/23. My food was very cold although I picked it up within 10 minutes of placing it. The portion was very small and the service wasn’t great either. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Chipotle seems to be hit or miss lately. The portions are inconsistent. To food is either warm or cold. When it's good, it's definitely worth it. When it's bad, it's very disappointing. They do have really good chips. I would recommend the steak and carnitas. But I'm not a fan of the queso. The guacamole always looks old.

Proportions getting worse everytime I come, just had to pay extra for a decent scoop of guacamole.
Chipotle has been declining steadily over the past 15 years. The portions are getting stingier, the meats are never fresh, the guacamole is off , and the employees have a side of attitude here. Go support a mom and pop shop over this place. A bowl was up to $16 with guac and now they charge extra for a tortilla on the side!

Went there a few days ago and was ordering two bowls. I saw how the employee was serving and it didn't even reach half way. I asked the employee is that all ? His response was that is how they were told to measure the servings. I told him that was ridiculous not for the price I was paying. I asked for double protein and he said you are going to be charged for it. I told him fine. Well was I charged. Almost $50.00 for two bowls. This place is a rip off. Never will come here again. I was told that other locations do not do that, so it must just be this location. A total rip off. Do better Chipotle.
