The pizza here is getting worse and worse. All the pizzas I bought recently were overcooked, but a large piece of cheese inside was not even toasted! I also feel that their topping is not fresh.

I usually order here since it's close to my house, despite the mediocre service. The people working here are miserable. They don't pick up phone calls and make you wait at the counter while they do something else (they had 4-5 members working, so not short staffed). Dominos is currently running a promotion for emergency pizza, but this place did NOT honor my redemption. I had to redeem it at another location and received a welcome greeting there. I am taking my business elsewhere!

Placed an order online and my order was canceled for no reason. I tried to call the store and OMG, no one picked up my phone. The phone was ringing for over 10 minutes!! Won't order from this location again.

I've been ordering Domino's for well over 20 years, but never have I ever eaten something specifically from this chain so overtly disgusting. My 2 large pies were undercooked, haphazardly prepared with what might as well be no sauce. Despite having ordered Brooklyn styled thin crust pies, mines were about as thick as any regular hand-tossed pizzas. None of my pizzas were brushed with garlic. Entire portions of my pizzas were riddled with just doughy bread and nothing else. I couldn't even pull out the slices from one of them because they didn't roll the cutter through them. Collectively, the sum total of deliberate negligence made for, by far, the worst pizzas I have ever had the displeasure of sampling. I won't be buying from here ever again. Clearly something is very wrong with respect to its management. I had to go out of my way to sign up for an account just to warn others. That in itself is an accomplishment. 25 years of middling, subpar services from here and there, but never have I ever bothered until today. That is how bad the food here was.

This is the worst place you may go they suck service wrong drivers take your food when you order for carry out make you wait 1 hr for a pizza like man and then on top of that they don't give you answers when you ask for something like how you make wait when it's not our fault it's theirs for taking order I am really mad I really hope they close this place down it's always having issues I'm not a person to right reviews but it's disappointed. The workers look like they don't care and they just here to get over the day worst customer service ever

after delivering me the wrong order almost going to the wrong address they brought me back my pasta with hair on it! disgusting and refused to bring me a new one!!!! sad and pathetic!!! not even apologetic and acted as if he didnt believe me "jose" the manager should be fired!!!

Worst service, they don't greet their customers. My order was prepared wrong, they don't check the instructions. I stopped visiting this place since then!

Quite possibly if I could give zero stars I would. It took this place TWO HOURS to make my order of 3 items. I was notified by the app that the driver Marco was in our neighborhood. I saw the car drive by and passed by our house. I was able to flag him down and he told me that he only had 1 pizza and was delivered to a different house and sped away. I called the store twice (once asking about my order and another time to follow up after being told he would call me in an few minutes after contacting the driver) and they said that the driver delivered our order to a different house. The "store manager" Erik offered a "free side" but couldn't comp our meal as he couldn't change it on his system. He said he could give store credit for a different day but I'd need to call in the order. I drove to the store, defeating the purpose of having it delivered, and waited an additional 15 minutes and not greeted by anyone. It was literally their mistake and they made it seem like it was a chore for them!
