Horrible experience. I brought my dog here due to not being able to have a place to tie him. He isn’t a service dog & I understand that dog’s aren’t allowed unless if it’s a service dog. However, I can’t leave him at home due to him having health issues. He needs to be around someone 24/7. I’m struggling financially. So, that’s I have to bring him with me because I can’t hire someone to care for him while I’m gone. This place needs to re-train the staff before they get a bad reputation. Also, the staff were nice. But was not understanding.

I eat at pollo loco most of the time since I am a driver and it seems to me to be one of the healthiest fast foods on the market in this location. It is the best pollo loco restaurant so far that I have visited and I have been to almost all the pollo locos in Los Ángeles, the incredible attention, the portions and the detail of ordering it the way I like it without being bothered. I love it. It's my second time in this location and it has been the best customer service. The food and the place are very spacious and clean. All locations have the problem with the app. If you are doing app only for rewards, why can't you ask the customer for the app to scan. This is the 3rd time I couldn't get my rewards scanned and you can't contact customer service at all to have the rewards added. What does that say about this company?

Very nice and clean restaurant. Stopped by here to buy a drink because I was super thirsty. The lady that I bought the drink from was very nice. I left my money on the counter and she saw it and gave it to me. Very honest person. And also, the restaurant didn’t mind that my dog was there because there wasn’t a place to tie up my dog. Anyways, I would rate this place 10/10. I wish I could more stars. But sadly, I can’t. Overall, this is a good place.

The app wasn't working properly, so I had to go in and order in store. Two stars for the wonky app. Five stars for the friendly helpful associates at the store. Three stars for the chicken whoa too salty!! But...five-stars for the mashed potatoes and the Mac n cheese.
