I ordered a fried chicken rice noodles. It used to be good, but recently found the noodles are cooked sticky, not like they used to. Maybe a new incompetent chef?

An excellent hole in the wall that satisfies all taste buds in one sitting! I am ALWAYS craving their noodles! Both affordable and tasteful. It doesn't get better than this--even a noodle house doesn't top their food. There's a variety of options, but they're known for their infamous wonton noodle soup! People tend to pair it with some delicious "Chinese donuts"

Friday 8/25/23 Lunch at Harlem’s Kitchen in Rosemead with my colleague. I had the wonton and beef stew noodles and a herbal tea. It’s authentic and flavorful with a great price. This restaurant is located inside a food court and market. Thus, decor in food court needs to be remodeled. The service and foods are made fast so get ready to eat while it’s hot. Literally, 3-5 minutes after you ordered the foods are ready.I recommend trying this restaurant out. Good foods, cheap price!!! One of my Cheap Eats spot.David YoungRestaurant Enthusiast

Best place to grab wonton noodles, fried egg noodles and congee. They have other dishes like rice rolled with Chinese donut. Prices are affordable, most dishes $7-10. My mom and I love this spot.

Awesome little spot. Have been eating here since childhood. Everything is deliciously authentic. The lines speaks for itself.

The reviews from long-term customers don't lie! I'm new to the area and randomly saw Harlam's on Yelp. we got the wonton noodles and crispy fried noodles with beef and both were amazing, all for $20. The wontons had a nice filling of meat and shrimp, the broth is wonderful, possibly the best I've had outside of HK, and the crispy noodles easily beat Mama Lu's while being much cheaper. Come here not just for the price but an authentic, albeit unassuming, Hong Kong meal.

I grew up eating here. My childhood is this little tiny restaurant located right next to the restroom I use to use while waiting for our food. This tiny stall is truly an authentic find. I love that the grocery store is conveniently nearby. There are a few food options in this food court but this one is the gem and I believe is the longest open as well.

If you are someone like me who is looking for Chinese comfort food this is the place to go to :) Just remember to bring cash with you ! My family and I have been going to this restaurant ever since I was a little kid. They used to have a big arcade where you win tickets to earn prizes. For those who go here all the time back in the 2000s you know what I am talking about! I usually get the wonton noodle soup consist of 6 generous pump wontons at $7 dollars with noodles that filled with your belly! I add a sriracha because I like it to be kicking fire. Now my to go order is seafood chow fun with a hint of wok flavor and noodles embedded with gravy sauce is a must to try ! If you don't like seafood you can always get the beef gravy with crunchy noodles ! :)

One does not come to a hole in the wall joint like this expecting stellar service, but what you can expect is authentic, delectable HK style cuisine-which is exactly what they deliver (and they do it damn well at that)! We ordered the beef stew with noodles in soup (牛肉麵) and the crispy noodle with gravy (兩麵黃)-both of which had me shook in terms of taste, portion and cost. It easily blows its competitors out of the water in every category. The taste was the best I've ever had outside of HK, the portions were generous and the cost was more than fair. In fact, it was the cheapest HK style meal I've had in LA and easily the most satisfying. Service was fast, efficient and the lady at the register was actually quite nice! But even if she wasn't as other helpers have reported, I'd still give em a solid five stars. THAT'S how good this place is.

If you are craving great wonton soup noodles or just wonton soup and young chow fried rice, this is the place! Family owned, hole in a wall. Prices are humbling for the portions they give you and the food is very tasty. One order of fried rice fed the whole family of 4 (two young kids and two adults).

This spot is low-key but so good. Easy to overlook. They have the best version of crispy noodles. We try a lot of different places and this place hits the spot. They are usually busy during the weekend but the there are more than 1 person taking order so it was quick. The food was ready pretty fast too. The portion is massive. Me and my husband shared this one plate and we were full. The price is very reasonable. It's the food court type of place so you might have trouble finding seats during busy times like weekend. This is best enjoyed right away when it's still crispy and piping hot.

Harlam's Kitchen has been part of many childhoods for those who lives in the San Gabriel Valley. Cheap and decent quality fast food. This place is always packed with patrons alongside Hiện Khánh Desserts I've been coming here as a kid and the place quality has been the same, just the pricing has been raised. I always get Wonton Mi and it always taste good. $8.50 for Wonton Mi that'll fill you up just enough.

Wow this place has some fresh rice rolls. They make it in house fresh made to order . As the say it takes a lot of power to cook so when I found out they had the items for $5 I had to check this place out. You can also add a egg to the rice rolls which I'll do next time. The sweet soy sauce is the liquid gold here I look forward to trying the congee and the wonton noodles next

The wonton soup is Michelin Star quality with the most frugal price. One spoonful of this soup will make you think twice about this no nonsense food stall in a Supermarket food court. The dumplings are humongous and perfectly balanced; same can be said for the broth. A permanent fixture on my "can eat everyday" list.
