So I went to eat breakfast yesterday 11/27/23 And the cashier who helped me who's name is Jacob had a lot of dog or car hairs I don't know what they were exactly but they did look like animal hair on his hat. To me it's disgusting because he's working around food and the hairs fly and the manager should address the issue. It's disgusting I will not be returning there anymore.

They now charge $ 0.33 for 1 additional cup of any dressings. I ordered 1 burger, 1x6 pc nuggets and 1 large fries. Got only 1 dressing, when I ask for 1 additional more dressing they want me to charge additional 33 cents before tax. Atrocious, appalled and not cool

First of all I don't even leave reviews . But the two young men of Asian decent working that counter today blew me away with their amazing energy and good customer service . And it wasn't just to me , they kept their demeanor with everyone . They were so pleasant I forgot I was at McDonald's lol that was so dope

I went there and ordered drive-thru pick up! Pissed me off with the "lemonade " that tastes bold sour like water with some vinegar drops ! Could you just check before you delivered the food ? And the service girl with no smile and greeting like she's been working 7/24 ! Definitely not going back to the place at all ! More importantly, that lemonade was for my daughter, and she's so upset now ! This is just killling me !!!!

My little brother ordered the pancake plate and didn’t get syrup. Went up to get syrup and they tried to charge us for it. We told them we didn’t get syrup with the pancakes and one of the workers came to investigate the table… as if we were hiding syrup. Like… huh?

Order from here last night to go, my fries were cold and they had no salt. The soda was flat and watered down. They didn't give me my apple pie I payed for and they didn't give my points.

Every time i order a mcdouble they cut costs and give me one patty that tastes like salt and short me the other. I ask for a refund and they just take the cash out of the register and dont put the refund in the system so it never gets corrected. Iv ordered here over 10 times this year as i work inside at walmart as a associate. This is ghetto and mismanaged. Just order from walmart deli.They act like $3.49 for a mcdouble isnt already overpriced for a dollar menu item

The service is so bad it's funny. Every time I've gotten food here, something goes wrong. Missing sauces, missing straws, and this time- they placed the lid upside down on my cup and didnt notice before packing it into the bag?? needless to say the coke spilled everywhere and I now have soggy cookies and maybe half a coke. go to a different mcdonalds.
