McDonalds fish filets have gone downhill!!! Terrible!!! The bread was stale and there wasn’t hardly any tartar sauce. It looks like it was thrown together and the front counter staff named Merry wasn’t any help at all ordering from the app. I am deleting the app now since I know I won’t be a regular customer!!! Terrible food

Prices at this location seem higher than others. Also they’re no longer blending McFlurrys, or at least mine every time I go. Service is hit or miss, half the time my food is almost thrown at me. Atmospheric music (classical) is super loud and will give you a migraine. Feels like they want you to give them your money, shovel it down your gullet and get the —- out.

Was wondering why this location has such a low I'm new to the area and went there for the first time and now I see why it's so low. The one thing that threw me off about this location that it's the only one without kiosk not only that how small it was. And for some reason the play area was also cut off and there were extra tables back there. The tables were dirty I kid you not I moved to 3 different tables because they were all dirty. The food was honestly kinda gross and I kid you not some of the nuggets I got were still raw. I honestly don't recommend coming here and as I was leaving I found out why the other part of the place was closed off because they were employees were having a party. And if you're claustrophobic don't even go to the restroom they are so small and cramped.

I literally found mold in my cheeseburger and with the side of that fries the fries was perfect. I couldn't even eat the cheeseburger here's the picture I do not wanna order ever again. Oh and also, I also ordered at 1 PM did you drop it on the floor or something

Sadly to say, I use to come here a lot. But now they're shutting/marking the place inside as to where to sit. This has been going on for a month. Don't know why, but it's an inconvenience for customers to sit packed all together. If it's due to cleaning I suggest to have it done on third shift with sched maintenance. With all the poor reviews, this place needs definite managerial change and/or if they are even reading these reviews to make improvements???

Cold fries they make and package the fries leave them under the lamp when asked for new ones they just grabbed another one lol I asked for fresh they gave me my money back.
