It's one thing to serve undercooked food but the response when confronting the issue was way worse. When confronting staff about my partners undercooked chicken the response was to all of a sudden treat us like we're a nuisance. All we wanted was our food to be substituted (I get it mistakes happen, human error) but to literally make us wait 15 mins to get a half assed apology and no substitution is so absurd. Not only is it disgusting but uncooked chicken is a HEALTH HAZARD. Ultimately after 15 minutes of waiting for our food to be substituted we finally decide to call it quits and just take a refund. Manager became even more aggressive and gave us a card to leave her alone. This panda express is literally next door to their corporate office but yet seems to have no structure or morals. How is it that this store is always testing new products but can't even figure out how to properly cook their standard menu, extremely disappointing. Shame on management for having no standards and shame on the corporate office for not caring about basic health standards in their restaurant.

Only been here once, but did not have a bad experience. The food was good and the service was on. Plenty of parking. It's very much like any other PE which was a little disappointing considering their/a corporate office is right next door.
