Wish they would help customers that can't walk in to pick up food. Curbside pick up. I called once to see if they can help me but since I wasn't paying with a credit card they didn't want to help. I parked right in front of the location but it would of been one too many trips to get money then bringing the food out.

I want to share my issue happens today Thursday around 11:30am. I called in and placed an order 10 pieces crunch roll and one miso soup. When my sister came to pick up my food, she called me because it was not the one I ordered. I told my sister to let me talk with the cashier to confirm my order but the cashier refused to talk to me when I requested several items. When I ordered I repeated two times “10 pieces crunch roll and one miso soup”. This is a very very terrible service I have ever met. I am the customer of Rolling Rice. I have frequently come to this store. But from now on I say good bye to this store. I gave the store one star and recommend that this cashier should be re-trained for how to deal with the customer. I could not believe that she refused to talk with the customer.

I'm actually becoming a regular, but today was not it. They do NOT know customer service. I always call for pickup for expedited service. I ordered a shrimp tempura plate.When I get there, I happen to get a call from coworkers to order more, which I did. He gave me the receipt and I saw that my order was wrong AND it was a more expensive one at that. I told him that's not what I ordered, and he simply goes, "But it's already done."I just ordered more, I paid for more, and I paid more for an order I DID NOT WANT, and you're NOT going to offer any sort of resolution to a problem that was NOT my fault??? Whoever took the phone order is at fault, and you didn't even offer an apology. I'm usually patient, just as I patiently waited for the food, and I'm usually understanding, but this was ridiculous. The person that handed me the order didn't so much bat an eye or said anything.I am fuming.
My first time trying out this place my next door neighbor told me about it and I'll be back every time I visit the target next door. My new favorite place in town! Very tasty Yakisoba that my daughter and I just love yes with a passion and she loves using true chop sticks . I also order their teriyaki beef bowl, oohhhh I love that yaki sauce and that sliced meat they use. Self serve fountain drink is awesome for self serve refills. Next time I'm trying the sushi

What a hole in the wall! This is white people sushi lol- it's a fast food sushi spot, it's moderately priced. I got 2 off menu options cucumber roll and avocado roll both were great. They do have Apple Pay and tips are not expected, even with no expected tips they were fast and friendly. Last thing, it's usually empty so you don't have to worry about fighting for a spot to sit.

I've been here a few times and it's pretty good. The food overall is fine. I've had their crunch rolls which are pretty decent, but I usually get the combo tempura plate. I like the tempura here, and you get a nice variety with the combo plate. I like that the plates come with salad with the other items you get. The service is decent, it's quick, and they do to-go orders. They have the food out relatively quick. The ambiance is nothing crazy, it mainly has a few tables with booths. I have never seen them overly busy, which is good, so there are usually tables that are open.

This is one of my go to lunch location. It's low key but their food is quite delicious and well made. The store is clean, call in takeout orders are smooth and areaways ready in a timely manner. My favorite is their salmon salad and spicy tuna roll. I'm also impressed with r he variety of the rolls they offer despite being a small shop. Their teriyaki chicken bowl is delicious too. Chicken is charbroiled well and flavorful.
