Food was good, but service not so much. I tipped as I think appropriate regarding service and the waiter looked at the check and said you must’ve calculated incorrect. I asked if the tip was too little and he continued to say, you must’ve calculated incorrectly. Please check again. . . I, of course tipped more but I think it’s incredibly inappropriate to ask a customer for more tip. Overall I had a good experience, but being asked for more tip definitely made my experience feel pretty awful. Will definitely think twice before going again.

The service was substandard at best. The host was exceedingly rude, and grabbed my arm! The wait was an hour long, they packed us in like sardines. The food was mediocre, and hot food was cold, the tea was already very dark and bitter on service. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and the noise level was damn near 120 dB, no exageration.
The attitude is extremely bad. I will never come here again. I won’t come here even if I starve to death.

Kept asking for the rest of the food and never received it. After waiting 40 minutes manager said the order was never put in. I asked for the check and left. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

One of the best places for dim sum you could hope for. Line around the building waiting for it to open. Every table filled shortly after opening and more people waiting outside. Get there early. Luckily my coworker arrived 15 minutes before opening and we were first in line.
