This is terrible and disappointing. I've been drinking for a long time. I am a Cocoa Lover here, but baristas don't make it good anymore when they keep leaving so many dry balls. I cannot keep asking them to stir the powder well every time because this is their job obligation. This time is not exceptional. I thought it was dry balls until the last sip. This is not the only one. I spit out 2 into the sink when I feel there's something wrong with a non-topping drink. I came back and found out 1 more left in the cup to post it, fortunately. I am still getting goosebumps when typing these words. I don't dare to come back anymore.

Came in for a blended drink. Was surprised when I received it so quickly and like others have said it's hot inside. My drink melted minutes after leaving the shop which made me realize I'd been given a drink that had probably been sitting in the heat. Drinks should be made when ordered.

Stopped by here for a refreshing drink since its so close to my favorite banh mi shop. Once walking in, I was immediately in shock that the place does not have A/C. There are fans, but it didn't really help. I feel bad for the workers that have to work through the summer heat....and I also understand why there are no places to sit lol.My green tea tasted good but I asked for less ice and felt like they put normal ice. No biggie but I just wanted more drink lol. The mini pearls were great addition though.

My go to is the QQ FAMILY MILK TEA. Its pretty much halo-halo vibes and has become my favorite drink to get here.Ive gotten the fruit teas for my wife which shes like and Lita always comes through with the sweetness recc's. I just tend to forget to add boba to my wifes drink order.This place is pretty much a grab and go place. Looks like they havent set it up to be a chill spot just yet, and they also have their workers working in hot weather with no a/c. I get business is hard and finding replacement parts leads to delay but throw in a vornado fan in there to atleast have circulation.Nonetheless, i think this place has better boba drinks than 2-3 other places in this area.
It's a 2 because the drinks are always and the young man working gave great customer service. BUTWHY IS THERE NO PLACE TO SIT AND NO WORKING AC! I feel bad for the people that have to work here. The owners or franchisees need to step it up. It's summer and the customers/employees want/need to be comfortable!

Hello .... It took like 30 min but the boba is okay the milk is also okay . It wasn't anything bad just not memorable. In a pinch it's a spot to go to but in SGV there's a plethora of boba places.
