This store always block online order in the morning. Thought it was just once in a while but found out almost everyday . I’m pretty sure they lost lots of customers by doing that. It need to be addressed seriously . Who let them keep doing that ? Is it because they playing games to meet some metric for the store or manager cut staff help and got overwhelming. It’s so frustrated to get in line in the store when we all have apps

I ordered my coffee in the morning, was held up by work. I got there 3 hours later, but by then they threw my drink away. I told the Barista, and she cheerfully made me another fresh coffee ☕️ No questions asked ! A+++

My go to location. It's down the street from my job. This location has efficient workers. I order on my app and by the time I get there my drink is ready for pick up. Employees are also so nice. They great everyone when they walk thru the door and the vibe here is just good.The parking here however is a freakin nightmare. They share a small small parking lot with like 5 other places and you're lucky if you ever find a spot near the Starbucks.Parking: Parking is hard. The lot is small and is shared by many other businesses.

I realized they don't want to make pumpkin flap as it was on bogo deal.They kept pointing at other Fall coffee instead. This is the second time I was there for bogo deal and today they said it was sold out and did not offer a replacement flap.
I love their nitro brew with cinnamon. I just go for the coffee, not much to say about their workers. I’d rather say now that they keep to themselves, but their orders come out great.
