I still don't understand why they keep messing up the orders, not only that but they keep forgetting certain items with the sandwiches. They need to be retrained and know how to count properly. This was the 4th time and the last time. I STRONGLY suggest to go to a different one, I already contacted the company and haven't received anything from them. So this just tells you how management runs this place. Go to a different Sandwich place.

I haven’t been to Subway in a few years. I came here and I got the Mexicali sandwich and it was delicious. I thought it was nice that the employee who was serving me cut the avocado right in front of me.

Used to never have a problem here but this time went on an evening Thursday, cashier finished with a customer paying but she never acknowledged me. Finally she came to where I was standing, but she past me without saying anything then went in the back and never came out. It was too long to wait, and I almost tripped on the box of the other staff putting snacks on the shelf. Came to another subway location and the staff service was much different she helped me toasted my bread, another customer came in and she started doing another sandwich right away. It's the difference of hiring a staff that's efficient and being able to sell more sandwich and that's the type of talent you need to look for when hiring.

I went in and the guy inside didint want to work so the door was open and he said they're closed. Never had that happen to me. Just lock the door if you don't want customers

Was at this subway order for lunch to grab a sandwich. but the person told me that I cannot change or add anything on my sandwich because it's was a set menu. This will be first and last time going to this subway location again.

The employees love to close up early no matter what. It's 20 minutes to closing when I arrived at Subway to all the inside lights still on but the open sign off and the door locked. The time before this I went with 45 minutes to close, and watched an employee mop the floor, and proceed to mop throughout my entire visit, nearly mopping my feet a few times. The hours say Subway closes at 9. Not 8. Not 8:30. Not 8:45. 9PM. All I wanted was something to drink and a cookie. I'm not so disrespectful to order a full meal 20 minutes before close, but the employees don't even care about hours if they're willing to close up (unless they're riding the clock free of work after closing so early ) If the employees keep closing early, they should let Subway know to change the open/close hours if that ONE HOUR from 8pm-9pm is soo much. I hate to even begin on the food I receive when they are open. Half the time it's 90% bread, the rest of the time it's like the bread isn't finished cooking or didn't proof properly leaving a gummy bread to chew through, and all I ever order is a 6in or smaller. The only time I have a decent experience is coming at 1-2 in the afternoon for a lunch break if I have the time. Don't ever come to this place when the night crew comes on shift. It's never worth it I promise

Too begin with one of the employees was so rude she had a bad attitude didn’t have a name tag on too top it off she kept acting childish and looking at me and rolling her eyes. (I believe her name is IVY) Anyways then Rose took my order and she left my food unattended and left outside and came back she was on her phone while taking my order smh took almost 30 minutes to get only four subs. Plus she told me I couldn’t get it on special the sub when it states it’s Thursday and the Italian BMT is on special they should not advertise if it’s not going to be honor smh never again going back. They didn’t wash there hands. Poor customer service. And not let alone very loud music music not professional at all. Do better subway!

Terrible. The food is more bread than content. The cookie, greasy. Just look at the photos. Whenever I do an online pickup order 5hey NEVER use the racks to place sandwiches so I still end up having to wait for everyone to finish their orders so they can hand me my sandwich. With COVID-19 going on I'm not trying to spend so much time in a restaurant! Defeats the whole purpose.

Nastiest salad ever!!! My gf and I wanted a light dinner before bed, so we decided to go for a salad at subway. We understand these wouldn't be gourmet salads, but there is a minimum expectation. I asked for vinegar, only got a small squirt of it. Worst thing of it all: the tomato was old and already smelled spoiled. Should've seen the stars on this before going...
