My niece was turning 5 and I was looking for a place to take her for a tea party. This place is adorable and was exactly what I was looking for. The dress up closet was a huge hit with my niece, the food and tea was good and the atmosphere was perfect. It's not crazy fancy but it has a great shabby chic feel, and the staff were friendly and patient. I would recommend this place for a girls lunch or just to grab a cup of tea and a scone!

I had been here before with friends and had also hosted one of my birthday's here. I have always had a nice experience. I went back just recently with my girlfriend and we both felt as though something was missing. Maybe lack of decor, maybe lack of enthusiasm to really sell a great product? Food was overall pretty good and flavorful. I enjoyed most everything that I was served, however my friend and I had to ask for cream and sugar for our tea, which should usually come with English tea. Decor needs to be worked on a lot more. Just seemed dark and didn't like the plastic coverings on the tables. I felt as though I was sitting in a dark concrete style room, with no sass or warmth. When we walked in, we were not greeted with a, "good afternoon" or "we will seat you shortly, please have a seat" etc. We just walked in, sat down and waited in the main entrance area with other people. Overall, I would say that service and presentation are slipping a bit, which is sad because we don't have enough tea rooms in our area.

We celebrated our dear friend's bridal shower at A Dash of Panache today and had the best time! From start to finish the staff was attentive and helpful and answered all of our questions when picking out our tea. The white chocolate dessert tea was my personal fave! From the shower games to the food everything was adorable and loved by all of us that attended. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an adorable spot for a birthday, baby or bridal shower!

A beautiful brisk morning for a bicycle ride to old town Roseville. Hibiscus tea and a bagel. Service is amazing and the piping hot tea is perfect.
