I was walking back to my car when I saw how cool the interior here looked. I am so happy that I discovered this place. The entire interior is pride themed and done so very attractively. Extremely vibrant from front to back. The food is equally beautiful and vibrant in color. I eat a lot of Arabic food and am from a 7-ethnicity family. Fusion food does not bother me at all if it comes from a genuine background and love for the cultures. This is a fusion place that excites me and endears me because not only are the owners of mixed background matching the food, but it is done very well with ideas that I will now be trying to make at home.

The smoked pumpkin special entree this weekend was delicious! Flavorful and healthy tasting filled with rice, vegetables and pumpkin in a self contained casserole pumpkin shell. Yum! ?

Very tasty. Meat is too smoky for my taste, but I see why people like it. I'm just not a fan of the smoky flavor personally, so I'm keeping the five star rating, but I think others who like that smoky flavor would really enjoy it. Bread was fantastic. Beet hummus was shockingly good, turshi was delicious and the batata harra was really good too. Will definitely try more stuff here. If they sell the hummus by the quart, I'm coming by and grabbing it up. Delicious. Very high quality and great attention to detail. Tabouleh was great with the hummus too. Would take photos but we ate it all in less than five minutes. I kid you not, I'll probably be back tomorrow for more hummus.

Very good food! It's a middle-eastern Greek style type of food. It's a little pricey for the portion sizes but it's worth trying for sure! Their pocket pies are so good! Especially the Apple one with this Carmel-y glaze on top!

This food is amazing. Best, most flavorful food I have had in recent memory - and much longer in fact. The falafel shwaco is savory and tangy and incredicle. The labneh tastes fresh and rich. The spinach tabouleh! So incredibly flavorful, and I love that it is not overrun with bulgar like many of the taboulehs you find. Lastly, the pickle side: carrots, mushrooms, and asparagus pickles. As a self-proclaimed pickle snob who makes several batches every summer because anything purchased is just below par - these pickles left mine... less appealing. These are fantastic. Thank you for bringing some amazing food to downtown Roseville! For those who have been waiting on the fence to try this place, you are neglecting your tastebuds.

Delicious food and friendly staff. The Shwacos were so good! I had a lamb shwaco and a mushshroom shwaco. My husband had lamb and beef. The sides of pickled veggies and cucumber salad were also good. You should definitely try this restaurant. I will definitely visit A Part Cafe again.

Reading through the reviews, none clearly know or understand how to season meat and what flavorful meat or a harmonious meal looks or tastes like. 1st: Fusion food is white-washing authentic food, its embarrassing and flavorless. 2nd: I had 1 of each type of Shawaco. It looks very pretty don't get me wrong... but the flavor is remembered as depressing & non existent. I want the chef to actually taste the meat flavor & see how the bread falls apart as u eat it... I feel second hand embarrassment for how much these cost with the lack of quality. Long story short: Save your money & dont eat fusion food to save yourself the disappointment

Delicious and fresh. I had the falafel taco and my first time trying tabouleh. I loved it - and there's Gunter's ice cream too! Quick and easy to go lunch, so convenient since I work nearby. I'll be back!
