This place does not take Apple pay, The person in front of us had only Apple Pay and they gave it to them on the house since their Apple Pay was not working but when it came to us next in line who didn't have our physical card she turned us away and said to go to a different place like creamys that was nearby. the girl with the 2 braids made us felt like it was our faults. definitely not returning..

My sister and I were looking for new yogurt places and picked this one. We were excited until we entered the establishment. The staff there is horrible they were rude and did not seem at all friendly. It was evident that we have never been here before the two girls that worked plus a guy that was actually serving the yogurt kept mumbling stuff to each other and if I were to be in the mood I would’ve asked them what they were mumbling about but decided to just buy it and walk out. I think I won’t be coming back. Thanks.

My first time here. I gave it a 4 star because I felt there Vanilla Yogurt could of Bern more tasty. To me it was missing something. Cheesecake topping I ordered was nit my favorite. Price wise was perfect. No pricey.

First off, the flavor and quality are stellar, I absolutely love coming here with my kids. What is impressive to me is the training of the staff. For a business that employs a lot of young people, it's really challenging to have team members who are going to be fast and professional, and that's exactly the experience we have had here. Walk through the front door and you are greeted instantly, they go out of their way to make my kids feel special and are patient when need be. Thanks to the owners and team for a great experience!

Yogurt is just okay. You get one flavor and one topping and pay by the cup. Additional toppings are $1 each. Service was good, but doesn't seem worth the price.

Big Spoon made my day. I've had a pretty miserable week from breaking my ankle to getting all wisdom teeth removed and I haven't been able to eat or go out. I had a huge craving for frozen yogurt, called them to explain my situation and the owner Paul went above and beyond to make sure I got my frozen yogurt right outside his shop. He went above and beyond and did it with a smile on his face and that meant everything. A small gesture went a long way today and I am very grateful. Not to mention the frozen yogurt was AMAZING. Thank you, Paul!

Went here with my family to try a different fro-yo place. Unlike the other shop we frequent, they have decided to have a single staff member dish out and add toppings rather than self-serve-and-weigh method. We decided this was not the place for us and went to Top-it-off instead.

As a dessert place, it is DEEPLY disappointing that they frequently breakdown the Dole Whip machine an hour before closing. But that's not my worst experience. Last night, I went in to pick up a couple kids sized desserts that is supposed to be $2/each on Wednesday nights. That's why Wednesday nights are our go to. But this morning I found that we had been charged $8.50. So, either the girl that helped me forgot to add the discount, OR added a tip to take advantage of the promotion for herself. The latter would obviously be far more disturbing, and I am remembering that she did not flip the screen over for me to sign. But either way, it is a deep loss of trust.
First time here & came towards closing. Great service & flavors. They had a lot of topping choices to pick from. Decided to overload with gummies, yum! Can't wait to come back again.
