Ordered today from their website. Received a call from the manager and she said that they were out of wings and couldn't fulfill my order. She thought I was a Door Dasher for some reason. I ordered for pickup. She said she was having trouble cancelling my order, and I told her I couldn't cancel it because I ordered through their website. She went to talked to her boss and then came back on and told me they'd cancel it when the Dasher came. I explained again that I ordered for pickup for myself, and she told me to hold so she could talk to a manager. She came back on and said he told her they'd cancel it. Well, the tracking says "order complete" and I didn't get a refund. I guess I'll call tomorrow and have them fix it. Awful, terrible service and experience. Steer clear of this place! Also, why did they accept my order if they didn't have the food that's in their name? Weird.

We threw away all of our food tonight because everything we ordered was guaranteed fried in the same old disgusting oil. Our Tater tots were so dark brown and over fried that there was literally no potato inside anymore, they were rock hard!! Our wings were in the same condition, very dry and very overcooked. We ordered cookies and got.. what do ya know.. overcooked burnt donuts.. do not eat here.

Really enjoyed their pizza, kinda reminded me of a Sicillian pizza, the dough just wasn't as dense as a Sicillian. It was a nice change from our usual thin crust pizza's.

Worst place ever gone to, order curbside pickup select for the asap time which was around 6:30, but instead gotta wait over an hour when the app been said the food was ready and when I went inside got my pizza but didn't even get the topping I added on, also gotta wait another 15-20 minutes just for the wings that I also ordered already, on top of that they didn't even know what I order so I had to show the cooker or whoever the order and they had to take a picture, after I got my wings I didn't even get them how I wanted also if there's a boneless/bone in option and obviously if I selected the boneless one why the heck y'all make bone in!?f

I'd really like to try this place but being inside another pizza place like John's Incredible Pizza and not taking orders over the phone and only by door dash like apps is absurd. We were going to order their pizza for the super bowl but way too much time and work to place an order. Come on Boss Pizza you need to make the ordering experience better than this. If your like me, you probably looked at the menu on their website, or even on yelp, and couldn't make up your mind what to get because it all looked so good! WRONG! Remember those crispy looking wings you saw online. They sucked! Not crispy at all and fatty. The boneless wings were all crust and so overdone they were like Little Rock's. The tots were so salty that they weren't even edible. The pizza could of been good, but since they messed up my order and made me wait an extra 25 minutes, on top of the 15 minutes late it already was, by the time I drove home and actually got to eat the pizza, it was a thick hard cold brick of cheese and toppings. Aside from the food being bad, I called at least 10 times to order. The phone would ring and ring and ring before finally disconnecting. I finally had to order online. This place is located inside incredible johns, and you wouldn't even know it was in there. All around bad. Definitely a 1 star experience, I just hate to leave places 1 star.

Just got some pizza and wings, and they're great! Everything was hot and fresh, wings are crispy and flavorful (I'm still eating them, lol, but I wanted to write a review while it's fresh in my mind); I'm trying the buffalo and the Louisiana rub, and I love them! I've only had one piece of the pizza so far, but it's delicious! Love the crust, I'm a big fan of Detroit style pizza. Only problem, they forgot the ranch. Which isn't a problem for me, but it is for another member of the family, plus we paid for it. I'm not going to hold that against them, though, because 1. It's Superbowl Sunday, and 2. They're brand new, and opening a restaurant is chaotic no matter who you are (it's not an easy business!) Anyway, we'll be back again for more deliciousness (and thanks for the cookies! What a nice touch!)

New spot to try for take out. Pizza sounded good for the weekend. Never tried Detroit style pizza but OMFoodG Meat Lovers...hella tasty! Thumbs up all around from my family. Loved the crispiness of the crust. Can't have pizza without wings so decided to go with the Louisiana flavor. Perfect amount of seasoning along with the crispiness of the chicken too! Definitely would order again to try other things.
