Add sweet red peppers to your cheesesteak and it will definitely kick it up to make Even better!!Sadly though they used to have Beaver Horseradish sauce and now they only have Heinz horseradish sauce and it's TRULY horribly tasting. Wish they would bring back the Beaver's and the place would score MUCH higher!!!Now go less then before due to this... Truly downhill..Features: Just simply yum!!

Best everything, it's hard to find something negative to say. Meat is tender and melt in your mouth, plenty on melted cheeses and sauces. BEST CHEESESTEAK, you can taste and feel the heart that goes into every part of this restaurant! Wish I could give more starts!!!!!

I was very disappointed with this place. First thing the menu is very appealing but then they ask you for tip. I paid tips not knowing they'd zero service. Then they bring the food. The sandwich falls apart. No napkins provided and they want you to clean after yourself. Why in hell do you wasn't tips. Food is awful and don't recommend. Zero service. Don't bother. I hate shops that ask for tips for zero service.

Full disclosure…I am a cheesesteak snob.I stumbled across Bruchi’s on Howe Ave in Sacramento a couple of years ago. Hands down, the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had that aligns with my personal tastes. I have eaten there several times over the last 2 years, (still do) and every single cheesesteak was just as good as my first experience…very consistent. I told the staff as much and gave a Google review (something I don’t do very often).Fast forward to the middle of 2023, and I discovered there is a Bruchi’s on Douglas Blvd. in Roseville. YES! Twenty minutes closer to me! Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The cheesesteak was noticeably different than the location on Howe Ave. The meat was in larger chunks and chewy. The other ingredients seemed to get lost in the taste. Even the bread seemed different. A month or 2 later, I gave the Douglas Blvd. location another try and had the same experience…not as good as Howe Ave (but still good).As a result, any time I craved a cheesesteak, I would travel the extra twenty minutes into Sacramento to eat at the Howe Ave. location…excellent every time. I even told the staff that someone needs to travel over to Roseville and help them perfect their cheesesteak.Well…today I decided to give Douglas Blvd one last chance…3 strikes and all that. It was perfect! Just as good as Howe Ave. I can only conclude that I either had 2 uncommon experiences on my first 2 tries, or something has changed. Either way, I will be taking my stomach to Douglas Blvd. in the future. I would have given 5 stars for the food, but I want to give it a few more tries! Otherwise, the food, service, and atmosphere are fantastic!
The young man taking my order really loves his job! I saw his smile from the street as I walked in. The food was good but he made our experience great with his friendly and helpful service. Great presence!

Food was fine, but what I'll remember most is the "inflation adjustment" on the bill. Just makes me feel like I'm ordering food from a cell phone company or the government. It was only 29 cents and it'll probably stop me from coming back. Maybe I'm the problem but it drives me nuts.
