Loved it. Ordered using the kiosk. Customizable sweetness, ice, milk and boba types. The Taro at 50% sweet with the golden boba was perfect for my taste. The golden boba is a little smaller, which I enjoy, and has a sweet honey molasses taste. I'll come back for sure! The staff was very kind and was helpful when I had questions. The place was clean and cute.

Very sweet worker (whoever worked around 1-2) who helped me remake my drink when I found it too bitter, she adjusted it to my taste :) ! The drink tastes fantastic afterwards, would recommend this place, they have a good selection.

Bubble University is located in the Sunrise Point plaza. The name of the shop actually caught my eye and it was across the street from another boba shop and lunch spot I was at. I wished I knew ahead of time that they used Snackpass, so I could had ordered ahead, since the wait for drinks was a bit long even with only 2 people ahead of me. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba at regular ice and regular sweetness as well. The drink was about $6, even with their mandatory operating fee - there was only 1 size and it was a large cup. The milk tea tasted a bit warm with regular ice, so I asked for more ice. The drink was way better with more ice, so it was nice and cold. The milk tea was not as creamy, but it did not have a strong tea taste either, while the boba was a bit on the softer/soggier side - overall, it was decent.

Ordering is only with the self serve kiosk, and card only payments. If you approach the counter the staff will direct you to the self serve kiosk. They appeared quite rude and a bit standoffish as well. Wasn't able to ask the employees about certain options for the drinks or inquire about any other aspect for ordering. The interior is very cute and clean, with plenty of seating for you to enjoy your treats inside if you desire. I ordered the Melon Blizzard which was $5.95 for only one size available. It was average! Most melon smoothies have an artificial melon flavoring but this one was quite tasted a bit watery and didn't leave that strange fake aftertaste like how some other boba places make their melon snow smoothies. Quite disappointed overall.

This place is amazing and you get to customize how sweet you want your drink... you can also chose what milk you'd like in your drink and has vegan options... their boba also taste delicious... you can order on a kiosk and they also have an app (snackpass) that you can order from so you don't have to wait this app also helps you order in various other places as well... I love this place.
