I have been taking my son to both locations from about two years old to now six! He loves to explore the locations and make new friends, I love being able to sit back and safely observe him while knowing he is in a safe location. It's a win win!

I love busy kids it’s my go to when I’m looking for a fun place for my little one that’s close friendly and very chill environment almost every time I visit I’m greeted with a big smile by Shannon a gal that is there most every time she is so sweet and down to earth very easy to talk to and makes me feel very comfortable kids love her and she’s always ontop of everything check in,assisting with paint,always cleaning when she’s around she makes busy kids feel like a home.Kid-friendliness: They offer kid friendly food and staff are always very friendly and helpfulWith the kidsWheelchair accessibility: It’s in the mall so wheelchair accessible

I booked a party for my son after visiting the Roseville location and loved it. When I booked the gals from the location said that Saturday at 3 pm the were relevantly not busy so I went ahead and booed the the reservation that with food was close to 600$The have a capacity max that was not followed given the amount of people I had on my reservation. The line was out the door and my guest waited almost 25 minutes to get in and do the consent form which cut my time in almost half by the time my guest were in. I did let the ladies there know I was unhappy about the max capacity not being honored and truly was a really big downer on the two hour rental that they ensure you get out before the two hours. For the hour my son played it was fine was it worth $450 + food cost absolutely not my time was not respected, and I was still charge the full amount but threatened with 50 $ charge for every 10-15 minutes I went over, but not once offered a comp for the unorganized non prioritizing of my party entry the cut my time by a half hour very unprofessional.

My son has had a membership to Busy Kids for a few months now and we go a few days a week. He absolutely loves it. Shanon the manager at the Roseville location is always helpful and hospitable when we come in. As is the rest of the staff, constantly looking to keep the place clean and safe for the kiddos. The coffee is pretty good too Definitely recommend to all mamas with young toddlers.

Just love this place for the kids and I have been here many times with my grandchildren. The equipment is clean and well kept. Staff are constantly cleaning. Customer service is friendly and professional and works well with kids and parents (even the ones not appropriately watching their children). What a great indoor play opportunity for our littles! I never even heard of this place until we went for a birthday party and it was an excellent place for the kids to run around and play safely. The kids can't get out or wander off too far. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going more often now that I know this place exists. My kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Came from out of town and decided to bring my daughter to play here. I walked in and the girl that helped me out was friendly. As soon as I entered the play space I immediately regretted it. I first want to start off with how filthy it was. You could literally see how floors have not been cleaned. A lot of the items were broken, janky looking, and look seriously neglected. You could tell this place never gets a deep cleaning or even a cleaning. Some items had white tape attempting to "fix" the broken item (example:swing under playscape). Also, things just seemed thrown together and like they bought the cheapest things. When I went there were also a bunch of much older kids in the space. This playroom didn't seem age appropriate for them. They were runnings around and smacking into my toddler. The moms were just sitting down and not even watching them. Lastly, an older kid came up to my daughter and just screamed straight into her ear. For no reason at all. The parent never came neither did an employee. It was kinda crazy. Since most of the space seems geared towards younger kids, I was surprised staff let the kids in. I left within 10 mins and would never return. This honestly had to be one of the worst play rooms we have ever been too. Save your money and go elsewhere.
